I bought the Brush Hero as a Father's Day gift for my husband, but I was the first to use it. My golf clubs were so dirty and I decided to see how the Brush Hero worked. It did a great job and made the cleaning job very easy. Then I tried it on the cleats of my golf sandals and it worked great on them. Golfers should consider purchasing because it is an easy way to clean your equipment.
Looks great, just what I wanted. Seems well built and I expect to find many uses in the spring.
The Brush-Hero is a very impressive device. The brush head rotates continuously with a surprising amount of torque. Water exits the Brush Hero at a strong enough velocity to clean the brush and wash the surface being cleaned. It is extremely effective on automobile wheels, especially ones that are prone to heavy break dust accumulation. I have found that the brush head with the (softer) black bristles works best on wheel surfaces. The softer bristles are extremely efficient at sweeping away break dust and road grime with very little effort. The long handle enables you to get the inner surfaces of the wheel and in between the "spokes" without getting break dust or grease all over your hands. I have used the Brush Hero for a variety of other applications with similar effectiveness. I have used the device with the white brush to clean algae out of the corners of my pool and around the skimmer returns. It's also very effective for any sort of outdoor cleaning where you need surface pressure, but where a a pressure washer might cause damage -- painted surfaces around doors, window sills, window trim, gas grills, lawn furniture, etc. Finally, it is terrific for cleaning bicycles -- both the frame, cogs, chain, and other parts that are hard to reach. Brush Hero is a great product that lives up to its name.
I used this unit on the deck of my sailboat and it took all the work out of the job. The revolving brush was wonderful for cleaning the tight spots that a big deck brush misses.
This unit is compact, hose powered and really gets the job done. We're using it to clean bikes after cyclocross racing and practice. It's a muddy, sandy, fun activity and this gizmo make the worst part of it much Much MUCH easier. Make sure to get two brushes, one for the greasy bits (chain, gears, and changers) and a separate one for the rest of the bike.
Take it from me, in October, November and December, you want to take care of your dirty bike after racing, but you REALLY want to hit that hot shower fast. This gets you there.

Over the past few weeks I have been using this device on my two cars. At first I did not know what to expect. Would it scratch the chrome on my vehicle? Would it get my vehicle as clean as I hoped that it would? The answer to the first was no, and the second was a definitely yes!
The device itself was very cool. Once you hook this onto a hose reel, you will see the brush head rotating over and over. The concept is that by rotating you will be able to clean and the rotation gets things cleaner that simply rubbing something. This worked very well on wheels. I found that in working on one of my cars that tends to have more brake dust, that this really cleaned off the dust so much quicker than any other way I had ever tried in the past.
I found that the device was very easy to use. The long handle helps you to access places you would not have prior to this.
I have yet to try this on other surfaces but I think it could easily work with other surfaces and I am looking forward to trying it on them in the future. I will have to come back and update all of you later once I do!
I heard about this amazing product from a friend and had to buy one. Cleaning the dirt and grime from the wheels of my car has always been a tedious job and hadn't found anything that makes this easier until now! The Brush Hero makes quick work of break dust and dirt that builds up on your wheels and does it with ease. I highly recommend it!!
It's so easy to use that this product is great for everyone. I bought this originally for my husband to use on his car that he is always cleaning. Thought it would be a great way to clean the wheels which are always tough to get easily cleaned. The Brush Hero worked amazingly well for that. However, I also found it was an ideal way to clean our garden furniture - so much more effective that just hosing off and so much less painful than scrubbing with a bucket and brush. Definitely made my day!
When I initially saw the Brush Hero on Amazon, I thought that it would be something that I'd use infrequently and only when the weather was warm since I was certain that I'd get soaked from the "splatter." Not so! This rotating brush is really COOL! I use it, and keep looking for things to scrub. Works great on poopy bird-baths. Incidentally, the speed is slower than I had originally thought. NO SPLATTER. Very user-friendly.

Really like the brush hero Not only the cars but it was great for the golf cart and even cleaning our daughters scooter that she rides around in the neighborhood. It certainly has gotten its uses. Another creative use is for scrubbing areas around the pool. May even try it on our filters next time we clean them. Great multi use product.
