I bought this pencil case for my daughter who is in the 9th grade. We bought the pink colored pencil case which looks exactly as pictured with a tan bottom. She preferred a pencil case that didn't take up too much space but could hold everything she needed and more. The top has a mesh net/zippered area where she keeps pencil lead for her mechanical pencils and some hair ties. The top also holds a velcro pocket that fits her glue sticks perfectly. The middle section has 5 decent elastic holders for her highlighters. The main bottom compartment is roomy enough to fit a perfect 6-inch ruler, pencils, sharpener, whiteout and more. The only downside is that it easily gets dirty because the material is canvas. It would be much better if it was a wipe and clean type of case. But then again, she will probably want to start off fresh at the beginning of the next new school year and ask for a new pencil case anyways. She might even stick to this pencil case but in a different color! Overall, great pencil case and I highly recommend it. This is a real review - I purchased FULL PRICE for this pencil case. Because I rely heavily on reviews when I purchase products on amazon, this review is my way of giving back to the Amazon community. I hope it helps you in someway.

Fits all sizes of writing instruments to include mini flags/post-it's. I am able to also fit my foldable CaC reader and a USB extension without the case collapsing.I may purchase another for my on the go makeup case

I love how cute this pencil case is! It's smaller than I thought but if anything that's better for me so I don't carry too much useless junk. The only bad thing really is I thought the pocket would be more prominent and the zipper feels cheap. However it was worth the money I spent on it, I only recommend this to someone who takes care of their things. Otherwise it's a great buy! 😋
I included photos to show how it may work for some of you guys considering purchasing it
It barely fits my graphing calculator so I don't suggest putting it in there
The next photo has 20 staedtler fine liners, 6 mechanical pencils, 3 pens, 3 sharpies and 4 highlighters.
I don't really use the pen pockets cause they fit snug, but the other pockets are good for tabs and usb drives.

I have always carried a ton of pens, highlighters, and other school supplies (post-its, mini stapler) and used a very large pencil bag to carry everything. With this pencil bag, it's compact size can fit a ton of pens and other supplies I need for school. Perfect for college students who carry a ton of things to school and need a smaller pencil bag. I'm obsessed with school supplies and this is definitely a must for those who carry as much as I do!

The green is more of a teal than a true green, but still not a bad color, it looks alot like the picture. The elastic pen holder closest to the seam is a bit tight, really only good for smaller around pens and pencils. The mesh pocket on the inside lid does not extend the full length of the pouch, it would have helped me if it did. Overall, I see this pouch being very helpful. 4 week into the semester I got tired of clinking my pencils together in class as I try to quietly remove what I needed to color. To help keep things more organized I am still having to use rubber bands, just to make sure things don't get mixed. It is nice having my favorite pen at my fingure tips, and I think it will fit in my very full back pack better. Overall, I am happy with it's first impression. The mesh pocket not being the full length of the pouch, and the tiny elastic on the inside seam is the primary cause of my 4.5 star rating . The picture of it closed is the pouch filled with all of my normal writing supplies, rubber banded for optimal organization. Its a little puffy, but the bundles dont lay flat. The second picture with it open as if I had just unzipped it has a standard sized pen in the mesh pocket as far down as it goes, next to a pink eraser. The eraser fits fine, the pen clearly doesnt. I would use this space for extra pens if it was pen sized (my worse fear is a dead pen in class, especially during a test). The velcro pocket under is perfect sized for mechanical pencil refills and erasers. You can also see I left the inner most loop empty, my pens can fit in it, but it is snug and a little frustrating, so I think I am just leaving it empty. The last picture has the biggest pocket, 33 writing implements total, and a stapler in the little top pocket thing that collapses. Overall, I see this working very well for me, just have to figure out the best combonation of staying organized and flat. It is definetly a huge step in the right direction.

It's very cute! I like all the little pockets within and spaces to store stuff. As an artist I have several pouches of different kinds, from regular plastic and canvas fabric pouches, the flat ones insertable into binders like for school kids, to bigger ones from art stores where I have my 50-72 count colored pencils and/or markers stored away. But I didn't have a single pouch for everyday carry with all my little items I'd like to have with me during the day. This is my first of this kind with inserts and pouches! I'll try to insert pictures as well.
Yeah I'll start here, doesn't quite reach 45 pens and pencils like stated in the description. I like slim pens so I only have a few "bulky" ones to account for like my pitt pen and narrow highlighters (not the thick ones). I was able to fit all of 23 out of 25 pens and pencils max from my old pouch. After some rearranging of flipping items around I was able to close the pouch with all 25. Thankfully I'm not trying to carry my entire supply of markers and colored pencils (I'm eyeing a different pouch for that lol) so this works for me. I know, why am I carrying 23-25 pens and pencils but between drawing, keeping up with my planner, my notebooks, notes for my mom's medical stuff, etc... I bought this pouch to accommodate my current lifestyle lol.
Once I was able to fit the pens and pencils, I worked on getting the little items in and figured out how STIFF the little insert is that has the slot? Plus, there's a ridge where it's sewn together and it presses against a slot so I was absolutely unable to close the pouch with a pen in there.
But I was able to fit my eraser within the zipper pocket, a thin roll of washi tape in the velcro enclosed pocket, there's a little flap of fabric at the top of the deep well so I slid my white out in there, and I was able to fit a thin plastic envelope that holds my stencil and extra magnetic bookmarks. Also a small student pair of scissors! It's a liiiitle bulky when zipped, but still compact enough to fit in my purse!
TL;DR
Here's my list of pros and cons below:
CONS:
*Didn't fit more than 23-25 pens and pencils without rearranging.
*A little bulky when zipped with all my items.
*Thick ridge of sewn fabric where a pen slot is, prevents use (pictured below)
*Insert very stiff, doesn't bend easily for items above or below
PROS:
*Wonderfully thick fabric, this is exactly what I prefer for my cases. I'm not worried about my scissors accidentally poking through or sharp pencil ends stabbing me (why do I have this recurring problem??? lol) Not brave enough to carry my exacto knife though even WITH the cap.
*I'm able to take all my supplies for my current life thanks to the extra pockets.
*Expanded easily
*Little flap of fabric hopefully keeps items from sliding around in pen pouch well.
*pouches big enough to fit erasers, washi tape, even a small bottle of white out (white out couldn't stay due to stiff insert).
*Was able to combine my old pencil pouch and a general pouch I carried for first aid and small items I kept with me (nail clipper, paper clips, tape, etc) With a bit of strain, I can actually fit my little tube of stick glue on top of the white out.
* Even though I keep mentioning the strain of zipping the pouch, the zipper is very sturdy and hasn't given me reason to think it'll split open. Very solidly made. I'm just gonna have to downgrade a couple items. :(
*
Pictured below:
1 & 2- Case zipped closed with EVERYTHING in it, the package and foam inserts to keep shape, ruler to note it's around 8" long.
3 & 4- Open pouch with everything in it (flap propped by remote) 25 pens and pencils, envelope of stencil with magnetic bookmarks, small student scissors, white out, eraser, paper clips, tiny thumb drive, thin roll of washi tape, post it tabs, nail clipper.
5- The thick ridge of fabric that presses on the last slot, pouch won't close if a pen/pencil was inserted.
6- Everything laid out that fit into the pouch! (seeing all my supplies laid out is making me question my life lol)
7- The white out in the pouch as I mentioned. If your well isn't as FULL as mine was lol, you should be able to keep it there fine.
8- Comparison of the old pouch that held all the pens and pencils and the eraser only. Glue stick in the picture I found out could actually fit on top of the white out in the well if with a bit of strain to zip.
*
4 out of 5 stars if only because of the missing slot due to the ridge (unless it was never meant to be used?), the stiff insert preventing a couple items being stored within the pouches, and only living up to halfway of the suggested maximum amount. I knew I had a lot but I didn't expect the (mild) strain with the mostly slim-ish items I have (yes even with the scissors and stencil removed). Trust me, I have bulkier items like markers and whatnot I'm not even thinking of sticking in there. But it doesn't give me the feeling of the zipper coming apart, it feels very heavy duty.
Hope this helps anyone making a decision!!

I bought this pouch for starting high school. I have a smaller pouch for my pencils but I needed a pouch for my stuff I'm not gonna be using every class. It fit everything!!!! I was quite surprised. The pouch isn't bigger than a three hole pouch you would put in your binder. It's pretty cute and compact which is perfect to just have in my backpack. Would reccomend to anyone no matter what grade. Love it so much!!!!! I added pictures which include what I bought for school and what I was able to fit. Just a little bit of everything I needed which is fine since I don't need 20 markers.

I'm a student in high school and love keeping my things as organized as possible. I had bought one a few years ago while in middle school (now in 11th grade) and used it year after year. I'm not sure if it was the same brand but looked very similar and so I decided to get my self a new one this year. I love that so many things can fit in it and it doesn't take up so much space in my book bag. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to carry around a large pencil case.

This have been such a great tool for my college studies. It fits my pencils, pen, a couple sticky pads, multiple highlighters, my graphing calculator and a coupe of other small pieces. It fits into my backpack even with all of my binders, notebooks, and textbooks. I wish I had discovered this sooner than I had. I recommend this to everyone that asks. It is such a handy little pen case. It's made of pretty durable material, even through all of the pointy objects that go inside, no puncture holes have made it through. IF this guy ever needs to be replaced (and that is a big IF) i would definitely repurchase.

This is one of the best pencil cases I've ever owned. The others I've had in the past are basically just one case with one whole compartment, where I find my erasers would get so dirty because it would come in contact with all the pencils/carbon/etc. As any artist would know, a dirty eraser can ruin your artwork with just one rub. When I saw this, I saw that it had several separate compartments which would be perfect to keep erasers clean and isolated. It worked very nicely for my needs.
