Perfect for my project.
This tulle is perfect for adding flare to gifts. It is definitely a lower quality than other tulle that I have purchased (the holes are much bigger), but since I am using it only as temporary decoration, the lower cost wins! I might consider a better quality tool for special projects, but it does the trick for something that doesnt need to last.
