The product came as predicted. It didn’t come with a faucet adapter. I went to a hardware store and got one. The adopter was for a garden hose made of plastic. When I used hot water and with the water pressure it came off repeatedly. I would recommend an all metal adopter with more rings. Going back to the hardware store soon. The exhaust hose needs to be redesigned, had to tape it to the sink. Going to get velcro strips soon. Remember, if you let either hose down.....gravity will take over and the leftover water in the hoses you forgot about, will be on the kitchen floor ! Washer does do a good job and spins out very very dry. Would purchase again, seems sturdy and well built. I put it on those sliders to move it across the floor easier. When spinning it does not dance around the kitchen.
We live in an RV. This unit is light enough to move around, easy to connect to a faucet with additional hardware (faucet quick connect found at most hardware stores). We had a "manual" unit previously that was a nightmare. Love this unit.
This is a very nice washer for those living in an apartment or dorm, or for use in a motor home. It is light enough to be easily moved and has extra long hoses and AC cord. Several cycle options are available. On the standard cycle it gets the clothes really clean.
I live in an apartment that does not have washer/dryer hookups-only a coin-op laundry in the basement. I wanted the convenience, the security and ultimately the cost savings of being able to do my laundry at my convenience. I read many reviews for portable machines and this one had the best for the price. I knew that if I paid a little more that I would get a better product. This machine has 3 functions and 3 load sizes and a stainless steel tub. One thing that attracted me to this particular one is that it has a drain pump whereas many others only are gravity drain. This does an excellent job of cleaning my clothes and spin dries thoroughly enough that I can air dry the laundry in a short period of time.
I have no complaints about the machine and non about Amazon. I have always had good experiences with Amazon. I deducted one star because of problems with the manufacturer from whom the product was shipped. The machine arrived on time but was damaged and beyond repair. I could not contact the manufacturer directly to report the damage and request a replacement. Only Amazon was able to do that. The 3-way communication was cumbersome and the manufacturer was very slow to respond to Amazon and to me. However, after a week, they did ship a new replacement via FedEx which was undamaged.

Wash machine works, however it leaks a lot.

I will say the first day I got it. I was ticked off. Just a heads up they do test the machines and the company told me that may be why you will hear a little water however, it is not a used machine. Then I turned it on started it for low; low to me for this washer is medium because I had to put the water halfway for it to even start so I thought it was broken. So make sure it is on if you're filling it up manually because it will not start until the water is where it needs to be.
I have now had it for about 2 months and still running fine. I think in the end it was a good purchase.

With all that said for your delicate clothes, I recommend putting them in a netted bag first because I did find my sheets were snagged and one of my tops. It washes great with cold water. I would not use a lot of detergent, when it spins it will get sudsy if you use too much. I went down to using just less of ¼ cup.
If you’re not able to hook the hose up to the sink or an actual washer hookup go ahead and not use it at all. You will have to pour the water in manually however, it drains great. If you’re not going to stand by it have the draining hose inside a small waste can or stretched up to the sink because it will drain just like a regular washer, then wait for you to put clean water in for rinsing. (If you use more than ¼ cup of detergent do not skip the rinsing step ever).

I absolutely love this washer!!!This is my home washer since I stay in an apartment. Its perfect for my small family. This washer is wonderful it is definitely worth the money!!! I order off of Amazon for a very reasonable price $148+ 39.99 shipping. I'd recommend this washer to anyone. Im am absolutely satisfied with my purchase. I did have to buy an attachment for the sink but any hardware store will have the adapter piece. Overall its a wonderful little machine!!! Update: my first machine started having problems with the agitator. I emailed Superdeals, sent some pics of the damage parts. They had my new machine at my door within 4 days! Customer service is awesome!!!
