AMAZING headphones and the best you can buy for the price. While I was doing my research, I came across this digital trends review (http://www.digitaltrends.com/headphone-reviews/plugged-crown-headphones-review/) which helped a lot in my decision. There are 4 main qualities that make these headphones awesome.
Packaging and Design: One word - Beautiful. Honestly, this was one the best presentations I've seen in any product. You could tell that the company really took time to think through how the user would actually open the product. The product comes with an insulated carrying pouch and 2 AUX cables one for Apple products and the other for Android products (you can actually use these in your car too). Although I was a little worried about how they would feel wearing them over long periods of time, I have to say they are incredibly comfortable especially due to the memory foam padding which is also great for blocking external noise.
Sound Quality: I'll admit I'm not an expert in evaluating sound quality but what I do know is my music is crystal clear and the bass does not hurt my ears nor does it reverberate the headphones so the music doesn't sound muddled.
Durability: I've only had these for a few weeks so I cannot definitively comment on durability but I can say that I keep them in my backpack which gets flung around and dropped a lot and so far everything works perfectly and actually there is not even a scratch.
Aesthetic: Aside from the sound, the look of these headphones is definitely eye catching with a lot of people commenting and asking where I got them from. These headphones are simple, sleek and beautiful.
Bonus: A friend can actually plug their own headphones into one of the other AUX ports of these headphones (there are 2) and listen to the same thing you're listening to. This comes in surprisingly handy.
These are pretty sweet. It's the first time I've ever really purchased nice speakers/headphones, so I can't give a technical review compared to anything else that's out there. But they feel super comfortable, they deliver an awesome, close-up music experience when plugged into my Mac or iPhone, and I can't hear my kids when they talk to me so they shut out other sound just fine.
The packaging is a nice touch. The box looks like an Apple product, sleek black with a magnetic closure. I actually saved it to store things in, it's that useful-looking. Included with the headphones is two different cables, one for Apple and one for Android, and a nice carrying pouch. These headphones can't fit in your pocket, but they do fold flatter and fit in the pouch (which is just a little smaller than my 12" MacBook) which means I will happily travel with them.
The customer service is also nice. I received a personal email from the co-founder of Plugged Labs when my package shipped, which included tracking info, and another one after I had had the headphones for a few days. I don't anticipate any problems, but if they do arise, I certainly feel like I could get a prompt response from the company.
These let me shut the rest of the world out and work or bounce on my rebounder in my own musical world. Can't say anything about durability yet b/c I've only had them for a few days, but I am highly satisfied so far.
I am very pleased with them. Very comfortable and good quality at reasonable price. But, I wouldn't say they are worth more.
I ordered the white/rose gold headphones and I'm impressed with the quality. I was worried that they may be too tight, but I can wear them for hours, super comfortable, incredibly soft material and you can adjust them while wearing by sliding either of the cans up or down. I worried that they might come off while playing guitar but they are snug without being tight. No problems there. The sound is super, right out of the box.
The only con I have about these headphones is that for my needs, I have to use a longer cord, but luckily I had one laying around. The cords that come with (standard and iPhone) are both a decent length for those times you have your device on you. Other than that small factor, they're fantastic.
Overall, these are a beautiful, rocking set of headphones for an amazing price.
Solid headphones for the price. As other users have mentioned - the box and the headphones look like much higher end product. Packaging was great and headphones function great. I use them mainly to watch movies on my laptop and podcasts / music on my phone. I've worn them for 3-4 hours in a single sitting and didn't experience any ear fatigue or discomfort. Quality feel, and at the time of me writing this, the white model is only $19.99 which is a steal.

My teenage daughter really likes these headphones. After watching many online reviews and doing hours of research we decided on these and for some reason the white color cost less than the others. So a bonus!

I wear glasses and it still feels comfortable. Sounds good even in the subway. Buy this if you do not mind that it is larger than the average headphones. Also, make sure the cord is not upside down when you plug it into the phone.
I really, really like how the top band feels. It's super smooth and super satisfying to touch! The padding on the ears is nice and soft and comfy, and I can wear these with no trouble for hours! I don't notice myself sweating, either. The controls are super handy, although they're a bit high. I think this is because of the microphone, though, so I don't mind. The cord feels nice and smooth, although I worry about the end of it fraying eventually as it lacks a flexible covering at the end. I don't know technical terms for this stuff, sorry! It's just...cord, then bam, it's the end of the cord, and there's no bendy bit. But then, I've had cords in the past that DID have that bit fail anyway, so I'm probably just being paranoid.
As for the sound, it's great! I'm noticing some instruments I haven't before. ...I'm also noticing that a few of my songs intentionally include crackling or static that I never noticed before (such as Feel Good, Inc.), which is a great way to spook someone who just bought the most expensive headphones they've ever owned, haha!
Most important to me is the ability to block out external sound, as I easily get overloaded by noises in the environment. They held up well during a trip to WalMart, tested with relatively quiet music (Dean Martin), so that's excellent! Obviously they can't block out a busy street when you're right next to it, but they fare far better at muffling it than my Sony earbuds do. In this price range, I've noticed that headphones with active noise cancellation tend to sound....pretty horrible, and they don't really do the job well. The isolation of these is very good as it comes with excellent sound that's not compromised by noise cancellation or Bluetooth. Hooray!
I haven't had a chance to test these on a crowded bus yet, but I'll update when I do.
All in all, I really like them! I do have one question, though, and that's if there are replacement parts (cords, ear pad covers) available anywhere. Parts often wear down over time and I'd feel much better knowing I could fix it when that happens. Thank you!
Honestly Suprised about this headphones they sound great feel great and look great. Would recommend to people since they are cheap and provide great sound quality
