This ice maker was new to Amazon when I purchased and didn't have any reviews but I liked the information provided and took a chance. I have used this twice now and it is working great. I have done the large and the small sizes and I don't see a big difference in sizes but that's okay. It is fairly quite, will let you know when the basket is full or needs water added, and will keep ice frozen if you are not available to tend to. I would recommend this product.
