So, I ordered one of these on Oct. 13th and it arrived on the 15th via Amazon Prime. It was well packaged and the charger itself looks very nice. It appears to be well made and the design is very sharp. I like how the charging light is only a very small, white LED.
Unfortunately, I can’t say much else for it. I used it for 8 days and it died on the 9th day. I have an iPhone 8 in an Otterbox case. It worked well (while it lasted). However, now the light won’t come on, whether the phone is in the case or not. Simply put, it is now broken. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: So after posting this review, I was contacted by iOttie customer service, asking me to send them the non-functional unit for evaluation. However, I had already sent it back to Amazon for a refund, so not sure if they were able to get their hands on it to test.
Still, they sent me another unit along with one of their wall chargers, at no charge, to try again. Since then, I have had no issues whatsoever. The replacement unit has worked flawlessly, and, again, I love the styling and construction of the charger. It looks great. It's been several weeks now and I think that, clearly, the issues I had the first time around were not the norm. More importantly, their customer service was outstanding. They addressed my issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. Couldn't be more happy about that. Too many companies today don't care about the customer once the transaction is over, but iOttie stepped up. So, good on them!
Excellent stylish modern charger. I also would like to point out that it will indeed charge your phone with a case on. I have a thick "Supcase" on my Note 9 and I have no issues fast charging my phone😊
I have the charcoal version, take in mind this one doesn't come with the wall adapter. You nigh need to purchase one separately. With this being said, the unit it's small in size but very stalish. The material it's great. It doesn't heat up at all. It is a minimalistic design but has a lot of power. I mainly use it to charge my iPhone Xr. It lights up when charging. The led it's so small and not too bright, so it won't bother you while you sleep at night. I love it! I'm a fan of this product. I'll most likely buy the dual charge version for my living room. Great buy.
It's a good product. It charges my phone well and it looks really sleek as well. My only complaint is that I wish it were heavier. As something that sits on my nightstand,I don't want it moving around all that much and it's just a little too light which makes it to easy for it to be pushed or moved in some way. Otherwise great product.
First of all, it’s aesthetically pleasing (which is super important to me). More importantly, it charges my phone faster than when I have it plugged into a wall. I like that it isn’t an eye-sore when not being used and the size of it is just perfect for my desk. It’s compact, cute and efficient at charging my iPhone X. It’s also super convenient because I can just pick it up to answer a call and place it right back on the pad.

Update: iOttie sent me a new charger that works perfectly with USB-C to USB-C. Their customer service is really pretty amazing, and I'm very happy with this charger now. It's lightweight, looks great, and works just how I need it to!
This is really weird, but when plugged this charger in using a USB-C to USB-C cable, nothing happened. The light didn't turn on, and I wasn't able to charge my phone. However, when I plugged it in using a USB-A to USB-C cable, it works fine and my phone says that it's charging rapidly.
I don't understand why this wouldn't work with either cable, but just be aware that it doesn't.
Edit: Went to iOttie's site and received very fast and helpful customer service. They're replacing my current charger with one that will work with USB-C to USB-C. I'll update stars if everything works as expected!
I like it - It has one small tiny light that does not light stuff up while I try to sleep as it sits on my bed stand. Works well and looks good. I recommend.
I love my new wireless charger. It sits on my desk all the time. It is easy to connect to my phone & it charges fully in a short time. Best yet my kids don’t steal it like they always do with my plugin chargers.
I wanted a wireless charger for my bedroom now that I have upgraded to iPhone XR. I bought this charger over others because of the size, appearance, and color options. I got the ivory version for my bedroom, and the size and color are perfect for my nightstand. The color and fabric finish blends with my light wood/natural bedroom furniture much better than a black plastic charger would. The charger is small -- about the size of a deck of cards -- and the rectangle shape makes it easy to fit on my desk. I have no problems aligning my phone, and the LED indicator on the front is not obnoxiously bright as some others. I also like that this uses USB-C, meaning -- when traveling -- I can use a USB-C to USB-C cable from my MacBook. This is a well thought out product. I have since bought 2 more, one for my home office and another for the TV room.
Note the black/ash version does not come with a wall charger, only the USB-A to USB-C charging cable. (If you are anything like me you probably have a dozen USB chargers laying around so that's not an issue for me.)
Really like the convenience of the iON Wireless Mini. The surface area is a bit small for my personal taste but I've had no issues charging my S9+ on it when "mindlessly" setting it down. Next time I will most likely purchase the "full sized" one, but other than the surface area size it's really a great wireless charger at an affordable price.
That being said....
This is purely my fault, but I did not realize that it did not come with a wall outlet adapter to connect to the charging pad. Fortunately, I have plenty of USB fast wall chargers. So it's not so much a con or anything, as the flexibility of buying this nice mat is nice without the wall charger to save the consumer cost, but I would have preferred to have bought the version with the included wall charger. No big deal though. Buyers will definitely enjoy this product and I am now officially convinced / converted to the niceties and convienience of a wireless charging mat!
