I'm in PA school and leave the classroom and hospital at all hours of the night/morning. My walk across the parking lot, although you'd think is a safe place, really doesn't give me that safe feeling. I use this to walk to my car EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I click the button as I'm walking out the door, they call and stay on the phone with me until I get to my car. Just knowing that I am in contact with someone at all times makes me feel at ease. The team is really nice and I think we're evening starting to become friends they call so often and know who I am lol.
I was considering another device like this without professional motoring, but I opted for the monthly service in case I’m not at my phone when my mom presses her button. $10/month is low compare to other products at $30/month, and it works well with her Android (went through a few tests with her and her safety “team” called immediately each time). She likes that it’s super small and not very apparent, and even thinks it’s a little cute. I set it up in her app so an ambulance will come if she presses it three times (vs the police, which is the other option). Definitely happy with this buy, especially at the price.
I was pretty skeptical going into this but for just 19 bucks I figured I'd give it a shot because it's cheaper than all the others and ordered it anyways to see if it was as good as they make it sound. It really is. After I set it up with my iPhone I just clicked the button and they actually called my phone in about 10 seconds. I wondered if they were always that quick so I clicked it a few more times and told them I was just testing but every call was within 15 seconds. Highly recommend.
I just graduated college and work in sales and I often have to meet first time clients alone at locations I’ve never been to before. I’ve been creeped out soooo many times that I wished I had a panic button but I always thought they would look like that big necklace button my grandma wears, so I figured I was out of luck. The people answering the phones in their call center go up and above the Call of Duty in order to ensure safety. Additionally, you cannot beat their tech support. I have used other security companies in the past and believe me they are no match for Ripple Safety. Youngest daughter is heading to college and after listienng to the importance of safety during orientation all I wanted to do was be with her ever minute of ever day. Since I couldn’t do that I found the next best thing RIPPLE They provide safety and confront simply and efficiently. What’s best about the product is the company and her people. They truly care about their customers before everything else. They understand the basic concept - earn loyalty and success will always follow.
What I like least is not enough awareness which delays their ability with establishing relationship with local emergency response personal. Once I told school security they were very positive and provide their information to use if needed. It took no effort to show the benefit and assistance Ripple provides their team.

Thankfully I haven't had to use it in a serious situation yet, but I did need to test the device when setting it up and the response was amazingly fast. I feel a lot safer having this with me, and am glad this gadget is around.
I would also like to mention the customer service is extremely helpful. I started out with the monthly plan and when it ran out I decided to switch to the annual plan. However, for whatever reason, my app wasn't showing the option for the annual plan. After speaking with Sky at Ripple we were able to work together and get things fixed. She was very friendly and helpful!
I bought this for my grandmother who is now paying $49 a month for the same service Ripple is offering for $10. Product works as promised and now my grandmother can actually leave the house with a button no one can see. This is a no brainer. Love it!!
I’ve my RIPPLE several weeks and love it. Tested it and recvd a response in less than 10 seconds. Fantastic. I feel safer with it as I am alone 20 hrs / day and an active 79 yr old. Response from Support Team equally good. My kids are thrilled that I had enough sense to order and use RIPPLE.
This is an excellent personal safety device which works as advertised.
I have tested it several times and response time has always been within few seconds with extremely friendly and very helpful staff- this applies to technical support also with immediate help to answer any questions one might have about the unit.
I will strongly recommend without any reservations- best in the market!
