It works perfectly. Like anythig else when not cleaned regulary the pins will stick and eventually will not work. Mine lasted a little over a year and then i had to replace it. Now i clean it once a week.
Well worth the money!
The convenience of being able to have a charger at home and at the office has been HUGE.
