Please read the manual! The machine will do as described. This review is an observation based on the first 5 hours of usage.
1. The machine comes new, let's assume it's tested then drained at the factory, like other products.
2. Washing weight is 7.0 kg = 15 lbs and Drying is 3.5 kg = 7.0 lbs. My advice: use a weigh scale to measure exactly 7.0 lbs for each load. The clothes will dry evenly, if instructions are clearly reviewed. DON'T WASH 15lbs of clothes, because the load will not dry 15 lbs of clothes evenly. Just wash 7lbs at a time.
3. Machine shakes during then spin cycle but seriously, what washer doesn't shake during the spin cycle.
4. Don't worry about the wash time, just let the machine do its job!
Conclusion, there are mixed reviews, some objective and subjective. Just read the manual! The negative reviews fails objective observations regarding the performance of this machine.
I love it !! Not very loud Cleans well takes a bit longer than conventional machines but beats having to go outside then in and down steep basement stairs to do laundry!!
absolutely awesome washer / dryer the only thing is it doesn't vent the outside. Other than that absolutely happy with it.
