So I was in need of two new wine fridges and wanted to be able to accommodate reds, whites, and dessert wines. The fridges arrived on time and in great condition. When I set them up everything seemed to be fine. However, one fridge couldn't control the temp on one side (kept going to 40 degrees no matter what I set it at). I contacted the seller to get suggestions on possible repairs. They decided to ship a new one without any hassle. They also sent a return shipping label for me to ship the faulty one back. I received the new one in less than a week and it works perfectly.
Wrap up:
CONS: Great customer service, I can't stress this enough. The temp range was perfect, allowing me to keep my reds at 55 and my dessert wines at 46. The fridges seem to hold temp very well and are quiet once they reach a maintenance temp. Very aesthetically pleasing especially with the interior lights.
CONS: I had to return one that was defective. While this would have cost it a star, the customer service made up for it. I wish the shelves were adjustable. However you can remove them when you need more space for bigger bottles.
Overall I love my new fridges. I've had them about a month now.
Update: My first review was a bit more negative. I've been meaning to update my review, but am only now finally getting to that. The product didn't keep the temps and I was frustrated. As the end of the first year neared, I remembered it was probably still under warranty. So I called for help. The New Air service people genuinely helped me! First, with troubleshooting, then with a new part, finally, the entire unit was replaced and they even waived the shipping. I was totally surprised and delighted! The new unit works very well.
Original review
I have waited to write a review of this product, which we got in October 2017. I give it 2 stars, but only because the look, layout, feel, size, quantity of bottles meets my needs. HOWEVER, like many other people, it definitely does not keep the temperature. I read reviews before getting it and looked at what other people did, thinking it would still work for us. It has not. There is plenty of head and rear room in the cabinet where we have it, even decent side to side room. It still doesn't stay on temperature, so my husband installed a fan into the cabinet, which goes on and off at intervals to pull the hot air out. Between the fan and the wine cooler, though, my electric bill has gone up $60 a month!!!! Therefore, I do not, do not recommend this product. I found that even if I left it out of the cabinet over night, or all day, it was still not staying true to temperature. It still gets too hot. Another negative on this product, too, is in order to accommodate it, we now have a hole in a panel of new kitchen cabinet for the fan! I'd like to recommend it, because it certainly looks good, but for me it's been a very bad choice.
I read many, many reviews before I settled on this cooler. It may be more expensive, but after slightly more than 13 months of continuous use, I am thrilled with this cooler! It does not vibrate at all when it turns on/off. It is always within 1 degree of whatever temperature I have either side set at. ...and the black and stainless steel aesthetic is a perfect look in my home. It came packaged as perfectly as such an item could come. "Set up" involved putting on the handles. A VERY satisfied customer.
Was a little concerned about this purchase based on some of the reviews I had read but having had it now for several months I can say I'm quite happy with it. The only negatives are the interior lights don't light up anything except for the very top shelf and there is a somewhat strong chemical smell on the interior. I placed some activated charcoal on each side of the cooler for about 2 weeks and that did the trick. Otherwise it doesn't excellent job of keeping my wines at separate temperatures. Once it reaches the desired temperature it is extremely quiet.
The cooler arrived sooner than expected, in pristine condition. The instructions are minimal, but it was not hard to figure out how to unpack it, attached the handles, store the wine, plug it in, and set the desired temperatures for red and white wines, respectively, in either Fahrenheit or Centigrade.
Each side of the cooler reached its temperature setting within a few hours, and we have been enjoying our wines like never before!
After a day or so, we noticed that the display on the right side (where we store reds) was flipping to Centigrade (18 rather than 65) though we had set the display choice to Fahrenheit, and did so again several times as over days we repeatedly saw the Centigrade number reappear, seemingly at random. Sometimes on its own it would change back to Fahrenheit. We tried resetting the system by unplugging it and plugging it back in, to no avail.
Customer Service, though initially unresponsive by phone, was fantastic once an email connection was established. They confirmed that there was no way to correct the problem; shipped me out a new cooler at their expense, as well as provided a paid FedEx shipping label for me to return the original one purchased, and were friendly as could be throughout the process. Though I offered to live with the minor defect for a discount based on the shipping costs that would be saved, that was not a possibility for NewAir - they don't sell directly to consumer, and have no process to do this.
The replacement cooler arrived quickly, and is working perfectly. It is very quiet, and looks great it our dining room. Based on my experiences so far (one month) I would highly recommend both the company and the product.

We've had this unit for over a year and haven't had any problems. If your electricity goes off, you have to reset the temperatures, so that is a little annoyance. But overall, it serves the purpose. As someone pointed out, the space may be a little tight for some larger bottles, but for standard size, it since it will be up against the wall and won't show. We'll see how the second one functions - but our experience with the first one has been fine.
I've had this unit for about a month and no problems at all. Holds a precise temperature in both sides.
I noticed that you must keep the fan exhausts clean, especially if you have a couple of cats and a dog like I do.
This wine cooler looks great and keeps the set temperature constant. The shelves could use some engineering re-work. The shelves have a cross wooden piece to keep the shelves from coming all the way out. I had to fix more than half the shelves before I could safely use them. The manufacturer used inadequate nails and glue.
So far is excellent for me. Quiet, as advertised, holds temperature. I read other reviews and maintenance seemed to be an issue, so I will update my review if needed, but for now it has been six weeks and all great.
We bought this in May, 2016, & it's been working flawlessly since we starated it. Being virtually silent w/its thermoelectric cooling is a wonderful thing, especially since we have it in the corner of the dining room. The only thing that was initially puzzling was when we lost power (happens a couple times/yr with storms), the setting went back to default & had to be set again.
