All four are growing well! Parsley took the longest to sprout up about 10-14 days, the clover sprouted in about 2-4 days. Cute kit.
I've had my herb garden growing for a few weeks now. All the seeds sprouted with no problem (except the clover, I didn't even plant it as I have no use for it). The jars are cute and attractive, and the kit they came in was also very well done. However, it is difficult to see the rocks at the bottom and decipher whether there's water down there or not. I find myself sprinkling some water over them about twice a week as the dirt seems to dry up quite quickly. I'm afraid of overdoing it and drowning the roots.
I got this as a gift for my 10 year old. The items are all simple - you don't need a "kit." As a gift though - it is perfect. It comes really well packaged and is just cute. Instead of directions there is a paper directing you to their You Tube videos which are easy to follow. What you get is the jars, perlite, rocks, oraganic soil, seeds and super cute labels. These items are easy to obtain on your own obviously but it makes a fabulous gift. My daughter loved it and it took us about 15-20 minutes to get it all set up. They look really cute in the window.
bought the kit, went to the makers kit web site, watched the how to video , easy peasy. My little herb garden looks just like the ones pictured. Had some questions about one of the herbs, submitted my question on their web site and through amazon and had a response that same day. Great customer service and great product.
The good:
- nice packaging (good for presents)
- glasses look good
- you don't need a green thumb to grow herbs
The bad:
- nothing really, only thing you may want to complain about is that you could build it yourself using some preserving jars. This kit save you the trip to Lowes..

Got my herb garden gift set but it didn't include the soil pods, luckily I had some soil to spare and it worked out great! I have them on the window in the kitchen and they are growing like crazy!
Bought this for my friend as a birthday/housewarming gift for her new townhouse and she loves it! it's super cute and hopefully will yield some herbs for her to cook with.
Looks great in the box, lol still haven't gotten it started yet too much going on been very busy sorry can't be much of help
