Cheapest I've seen a dishwasher on Amazon. Mine came with all hookups. Works great.
You do not need to buy and adapter. Just unscrew the outer ring from the end of your faucet. I do wish it would dry a little more thoroughly, but overall, I am very happy with the washer!
I love this machine! Works much better with a rinse aid. Gets my dishes sparkling clean. Best money I've ever spent. I've had it for two years.

Been waiting a few months to post my review just to make sure I was accurate with it. Quite frankly I love it! My gf and I go through enough dishes we use it every other day but we just turn it on and let it run then pop the door open and let them dry and they are ready to go again. For someone who has limited space and doesn't have more than one or two peoples worth of dishes its perfect. I will admit I wish it was a hair taller. My large dishes just barely fit in it but they make it with some patience and the best part is you dont have to rinse dishes or scrape food off. As long as you arrange everything properly so the jets can do their job it cleans really well. All around a good product totally would recommend it.
