No surprises, this stove shipped from the east coast to California via ground transportation and arrived quickly without any dings or scratches. I converted the stove from natural gas to propane for a quick test to see if it worked. I'm remodeling my kitchen and cannot connect to natural gas yet. The top 5 burners worked correctly. The conversion kit was complete and included instructions. For a simpleton like me, this stove appears to be strong/heavy duty looking with lots of stainless steel. You will love this one!
I cannot say enough about how much I love this slide in stove. Love the design. And ordering from Amazon made it less expensive and easier delivery than going to a local store.
Great range, does everything well. Best price on the internet.
Love this oven. No complaints. Bakes like a boss!
Wife loves everything about it and got a better cost savings then anything in town.

Update:
Still a great stove functionally speaking. Unfortunately, the burner labels (showing which burner the knob controls, light, high, low, etc) have completely worn off or are almost worn off. I have only used water and occasionally glass cleaner to get off grease. I'm disappointed in this aspect and given the location of the knobs (get dirty easy) I would not have expected them to wear off in 3 years of use). I will be contacting the manufacturer.
We purchased this stove when we moved into a new home. I did a fair amount of research and it was tough because there are a LOT of good gas ranges out there. I eventually settled on this one. We were able to buy it at a local appliance dealers massive warehouse sale, something we didn't even plan on going to until the last minute but ended up buying all our appliances there at far below the lowest prices we could find online.
It looks high end and bigger than it is. Its what people comment on first when they enter my kitchen. So far (3 months of heavy home use) I've had no complaints with any of the cooking functions and I've used all of them except the self-clean. My favorite part is how the range sits on top of the counter and covers that little crack that is usually between the stove and counter. The oven seems to cook very evenly and the convection mode when using more than one rack means no rotating pans which is nice! I have not noticed any excessive heat out of the vents. The stainless cleans up very well. Yes, it will scratch like all stainless does. That doesn't bother me. I love to cook for fun, and I cook nearly all our meals from scratch for a large family. My appliances and kitchen gear get used hard! Scratches are just part of using stainless and I don't think it degrades the look at all.
My one negative would be the control panel. While its easy to use, because of its location and angle I tend to spill things on it quite easily. That said, I didn't want controls on the back, nor would I want to lose stovetop space either, so the logical place is there. I just wish it sat more flush with front of the oven and didn't catch my spills so easy.
I *think* I like it, but when it's on bake (not convection, just bake at 350F), the rear top vent lets out a LOT of heat. For an oven to be efficient it's supposed to keep most of the heat IN - this is like having a small space heater. Does everyone have this issue? Is it normal operation or a defect? Please comment if you own one.
