Well packed. Delivered intact. Quick install... though I had to go buy a couple extra fittings, as well as the new flex, to connect with our old gas line. Very easy to keep clean. Large burner gets very hot, so adjacent counter surface might suffer; already slightly dulled.

I saved almost 50% for the same product compared with other retail stores. The replace was very smooth and look nice
