I looovee this coffee! It actually does put Pep in your step without any negative side effects such as racy heart, excessive sweating, headache. This coffee is delicious and nutritious ..no dry mouth effect which occurs in other strong blends from other coffee companies.. the french vanilla is out of the world..what a perfect blend and taste.. a calming energy with this coffee i am reviewing..certainly does put a pep in your step without nasty side effects.I appreciate this..also appreciate the biodegradeable factor.. and yes, as some have questioned, one pod does give you 2 servings. This is an all around winner of all coffees i've ordered via amazon. My newest Favorite.. does seem a little pricey.. but at twenty five dollars a box, you are actually getting your daily intake of B vitamins ( i stopped my B supplements while drinking this coffee to test it efficiency, and yes, they are real b vitamins in each cup!) plus 2 cups per pod use..again, a win win winner.. the Queen & King of coffees. Try it, you will feel, taste and see the difference. A cup above the best out there. Thank you VitaCup.. and for those wondering if my review is due to a freebie from this company? A resounding NO! I saw an advertisement for this coffee 6/16th online and came to amazon, read reviews and ordered it.I figured what do i have to lose, could return if not satisfied. I wish it was an offer..but i paid the 25 dollars and tonight i ordered 2 more boxes as there is a promotion from this company on the page where you order. Get it coffee lovers, you will not regret it! 10 **********'s! :)

Love this coffee! The flavor is awesome. Yes, it is expensive, but one K-cup will make two cups of coffee, because it's a dark roast, so it's strong. I feel it would be too strong and bold for just one cup, unless you like it that way. Here's what we do: We make the first cup and then run it through the Keurig and brew a second cup. Since the first cup is much stronger than the second cup, we combine them together in a tall container with our creamer and stir. The we pour from the large container into two individual coffee mugs and it comes out just PERFECT in taste and flavor. And whatever vitamins we are getting are divided pretty much equally. This is our first box, but I know we will be ordering more! Tastes great and with vitamins inside, how can you go wrong? Get U some!

I have Nespresso, Keurig, and Mr. Coffee Espresso machines. I'm not particularly picky about my coffee, but I generally prefer the coffee I make in my espresso machine better than pre-packaged or Starbucks or restaurant coffee. The Nespresso is good but limited to tiny servings of espresso only. That leaves the Keurig. I don't like it, so my wife uses it a lot with a reusable basket.

Until I bought some VitaCup. I bought these to take on a business trip. It's hard to eat healthy when traveling and hotel breakfasts have terrible coffee. A lot of hotels now have mini-keurig machines in the room (make sure to run a few batches of boiling water through, who knows what the previous guest put in there). So I bought the VitaCup and and tried a few before leaving on my trip. I hoped the VitaCup would help keep my immune system sharp when traveling and help me deal with jet lag.

VitaCup is good coffee when made with reduced water and therefore more concentrated. It is pleasant and tasty. Using the normal water amount, it is thin and watery. Yuck. With a reduced water amount, the concentration is increased, and the coffee comes into character. Otherwise, it's pretty bad.

I calculate the caffeine in my normal coffee (made in the Mr. Coffee Espresso) contains about 200mg of caffeine. The Nespresso capsules are about 70mg. The Keurig Green Mountain is about the same, 75mg. The VitaCup is specified as 30mg by the seller. Their web site is awful and contains no significant information, such as caffeine content. Their web site reads like an 80's televangelist or bad infomercial. Definitely subtracts from any honest or truthful appearance of the company. I hate to give this product a positive review because their web site is so dishonest and disingenuous.

Putting their web site aside, here is a summary:

1. Reduced caffeine (30mg) means I can drink more coffee later, such as with lunch.
2. Vitamins absolutely help! I can't tell it has reduced caffeine content than my normal coffee! If you're looking to cut down your caffeine, this is the ticket. No grogginess or headaches at all.
3. Fantastic for travel when maintaining immune system and energy levels are important.
4. Fantastic for helping with jet lag. Drink one for breakfast and one after lunch.
5. I bought this for travel, but it's good enough I'm consuming the whole box at home. I may be developing a habit.
6. It's stupid expensive, so I can't afford to develop a habit. But a whole lot cheaper than wasting time while traveling with jet lag.

I love my morning coffee and vitamins! It's delicious! I also love that it's BPA free. Just got the green tea for the first time and cannot wait to try as well 😊😊. I made a video with a taste test... it passed the test!

I have never wanted to buy coffee pods because they seem so wasteful - many you can't recycle and they just add to the landfill. No thanks! Accordingly, I do not have a Keurig and use a French press instead.

So why am I writing this review then? Well, this coffee is just that good. At the advice of a friend who loves this product for its flavor and vitamins, I went out on a limb and made the purchase. When the pods arrived I took out my French press and got started. The recyclable lid came of easily and I poured the coffee grounds into my press. I placed both the lid and the container in my recycling bin and proceeded to brew my cup.

Not only was the coffee tasty, but wow - a real kick in the pants! I am somewhat sensitive to caffeine and limit myself to one cup a day and this was the right cup. Got me through the morning and into a great afternoon.

Would purchase again and encourage any coffee fans, Keurig owners or not, who also care about the environment to give it a try.

VitaCup's French Roast single serving coffee pods pack a bold flavor and an extra boost of vitamin fueled energy. This is our dark roast and our best seller! The slow French Roast brings out the oils and retains a robust, smoky, bittersweet flavor that is imparted during the coffee roasting; a flavor somewhat reminiscent of the rich espresso bean.   Our vitamin infused single serving coffee is sealed to preserve freshness and make sure that the dark, French Roast flavor and aroma stand up over time.  VitaCup's healthy coffee with vitamins and antioxidants is a flavorful alternative to your daily energy drink. Our coffee is zero calories and full of flavor! VitaCup’s signature vitamin blend contains B1 (Thiamine), B5, B6, B9 (Folic Acid), B12, D3, & Antioxidants. These vitamins have been shown to support adrenal health, boost mood, reduce inflammation, and boost weight loss - to name just a few benefits. VitaCup provides the best vitamins for athletic performance, focus and energy.

I love the idea of a coffee that has health benefits beyond just giving me the mental willpower to go to work. I choseVitaCup’s gourmet house blend to start with as I’m not a big fan of super strong roasts. I chose it after comparing it to other brands, seeing the vitamins it includes and seeing that it’s made in the USA. It definitely seems scary that some of these other companies can’t really tell you how much caffeine the coffee has or where the beans comes from so they just give you a list of countries that hit COULD be from. I feel like a downside of Amazon is the fact that some companies don’t give enough information about where their food/drink items are from, which is pretty important since you’re putting this stuff in your body, but everything is listed by VitaCup on the product descriptions. This brand also has great reviews when compared with other coffee companies where people talk about the products not tasting too great. I have had the coffee for a week now and love not having to remember to take a big B-vitamin pill in the morning, super convenient. If you consider the cost of vitamins, this coffee is worth the price and still less than other brands, even the off-Amazon pyramid scheme companies we coffee drinkers all know about. Overall, this is yummy coffee that I’d recommend to anyone, they have great customer service as well and even sent a message asking for recommendations of what kinds of products they should add to their line, I’ve never had a company do that before, impressive!

I recently purchased a Keurig coffee maker and have been on the hunt for new flavors and styles of K-cups ever since. When I stumbled across VitaCup, I wanted to give it a try as I am terrible at remembering to take my vitamins each day. After receiving my order and having my first few cups, I couldn't be more pleased. The taste is dark and rich, and even when I brew it using a 10oz size instead of an 8oz, it doesn't taste watery or weak at all. The smell is amazing too, and while I wouldn't say there is a huge noticeable difference, I do feel like it gives me an extra "boost" of energy over my regular cup of coffee. Also, no strange aftertastes or weird jittery feelings that I have experienced. Overall, this is a cool product that I will add to my favorites and likely schedule for auto-ship after I try a few more of the flavors to see which I like best. Highly recommended.

I have replaced my regular french vanilla pods with the VitaCup pods each morning for the past three weeks. I have multiple sclerosis and I feel 100% better since I have started drinking Vitacup. I was having to take Adderall each morning just to get out of bed because of the severe fatigue that comes along with MS and I have rarely taken that in the past three weeks since beginning to drink this each morning!

I was a little skeptical about trying this coffee because I didn't think I was really going to feel a difference in energy level. I am anemic, so energy is my daily struggle. (Especially because I always forget to take my B12 vitamins) After drinking it, I definitely felt a difference in energy! Usually I have a morning cup and around 1pm I start to feel a lag again. I did not feel that when I started my morning with the vitacup. I felt energized the entire day! I'm hoping this will help somebody else who is looking for a boost of energy and is skeptical to try like I was. It ensures that I get my B12 vitamins. I am an assistant principal at a high school, so I can't afford to have a lag around 1pm! That's when the kids get the rowdiest! Lol. Worth the money for me!!

Ps. I bought the French vanilla - it is yummy!!!

I was intrigued and skeptical to try VitaCup, and I'm really glad that I gave it a shot. I'd been fighting allergies when it first arrived and it gave me the usual boost of coffee from the caffeine and the vitamins kept me pretty alert the whole day to combat the drowsiness of OTC allergies meds. Now that allergies are under control, I really enjoy the coffee for the morning wake up, great taste (surprised the vitamin infusion didn't challenge taste!), and my energy level lasted longer than with normal coffee. I prefer my coffee black and like I said before, am glad the taste didn't lose it's integrity. Excited to try the French Vanilla flavor and see what other flavors come aroundI also know I'm vitamin D deficient, so I'm happy I can enjoy this coffee for multiple reasons. After a week, I can feel my general mood improve. And LOVE that it's a K-cup because I really love the convenience of my keurig and that most people have one so I can take the k-cups with me if I'm traveling to a hotel that offers one. Highly recommend! Amazing coffee! May be switching from my go-to K-cup or just adding this to my usual stock.
