I bought this as a present for my husband's birthday and he absolutely loves it! I had been looking for awhile for the perfect one and when I saw that this one has a space to also hold bottles standing up I immediatly purchased it! It isn't perfectly quiet but it's not loud enough to bother us at all. It's like a slight humming sound. Don't let that stop you from buying it!
The packaging was awesome, well protected! It's more than I expected! It's quite silent. It comes with the upright stand for the top part along with additional traditional shelves to lay the bottles. The shelves are easily removable. I refrigerate liquor bottles in the bottom half and removed all the shelves. I was able to stand 8 unusual and variety type of size bottles. It's easy to set up and use. Great for any kind of home or apartment living. Well worth it.
I'd waited long enough in order to do and honest review more than two months since I'd this wine cooler. I LOVE this wine cooler. It arrived well package and received within the two days promised to be received. The slickness of it is so perfect. I have limited space in my small apartment therefore where I needed to place a cooler. Cooler had to be the right height and weight. Since it was going to be placed in my front room. It's also very quiet since it has been in operation. My wine looks excellent in this cooler. The temperature is perfect now it take me a second in order to get the handle on adjusting the temperatures. I was able to fit up to 20 bottle of wine within this cooler. I had looked at multitudes of reviews when it came to purchasing from this particular company and from other companies alike. What sold me was the reviews, the description, and the photos. When the wine cooler arrived and was setup I'd known that I had made the right purchase for me. It's a great buy.
This wine fridge is sleek and beautiful. I really like the design. I've only had it a few weeks but it holds the temperature quite well and my house is warmer than the 75 degrees they recommend staying under. It's very quiet, which is good since I have a small house and it sits on a tile floor. The option of having a different shelf on the top to place bottles standing up is great. I had one bottle that was too long to lay down...I couldn't shut the door so I used the optional shelf and stood it up. The fridge is slim so doesn't take up too much space but holds 18 bottles.
I am very impressed with how well it keeps the correct temp in both zones. When people enter my apartment & look @ it they admire the wine cooler & want to know what it is...it is very impressive & I am glad I ordered it

I gave this as a gift to a friend with an apartment in an Uptown brownstone. It's perfect because how little space it takes and how attractive it is. It sits against an old panelled wall& though it's modern it compliments the brick & wood nicely. It is truly silent & keeps the wine at a perfect temperature.
Omg I’ve had this plugged in for 2 days and it’s driving me absolutely NUTS. It is definitely NOT SILENT! If you’re noise sensitive do not buy this.... I’m going to call the company and see what the response is and perhaps update....
I’m bummed because I was so excited to get it.
Adding on 2/19/19...... make sure refrigerator sits upright for a couple days before plugging in and that it is level. It still does make some noise but has lessened. It’s off and on noisy now but much more acceptable than when I first plugged it in.... may have been calibrating to temperature which made it louder for a period of time.
Exactly what I was looking for . Fits perfectly in a small space I have in the dining room . Well packed and took about 9 - 10 hours to reach the desired temperature . Very quiet , but then I am not in the same room with it very often .Still I do not hear a thing when I am in the computer room close to it.
Only problem is it is slightly off balance in the front left side but not so much as to cause a problem . I love the space for standing open bottles .
I would recommend it to friends and family . I only have it a short time and if any problems does come up I will repost .
I did a lot of reading before I landed on this wine cooler. I don't know whether "silent" is a subjective term or not, but, I can hear the motor running as it ramps up and down, but, don't find the sound to be objectionable. I have had this in place for over a month now and it has not become any louder than when I first set it up. It has been extremely consistent in temperature, not varying a single degree. I love the light although I don't use it often. I currently have only whites in the fridge, but, plan to add reds when the summer comes around. So glad that I bought it!
I’ve had this cooler for a little over a year now and am happy with my purchase for the most part. For the price I found this to be an excellent fridge for assorted beverages . I’m using it for primarily my fancier beers but also wines and sodas . It is very quiet and it sits 3 feet from my bed . It doesn’t turn on and off , it’s basically always running at a very low hum .... the only reason I’m forced to give it 4 stars is because of the temperature spikes that occur during the hottest of days . When it gets very hot out the fridge will only cool to about 50 sometimes 52 degrees and it wont stay at 46 which would be ideal for my beer preferences . Other than that it’s a solid fridge and hoping will stand the test of time
