Wheels really expand the functionality of the larger sets. One set of four just isn't enough. Purchasing this added another set, and with the racing styling made it worth it to buy this car version versus the extra set of wheels as a stand-alone. Plus, I gave this to big brother and the full set as a baby shower gift for sister. Four stars because of price, which continues to be ridiculous.
Magnetic block set I got for a toddler for Christmas. He loves it and has been playing with it all the time. The blocks did shift around and shipping so you couldn’t see all of them when you opened the display when it first arrived Which made me a little nervous that maybe not all the parts were in there. However, when you open the box they were all there!
Bought for 5-year old grandson for Christmas and he seemed to like it. This is a boy very much accustomed to battery driven toys so it was good to see him get creative with a few blocks! I love the concept behind Tegu, too. Quality toys made of beautiful hardwoods and meaningful employment in Honduras, a country that could use a few more Tegu's!
I will be buying more of these. They are perfect for little ones. There are no rough edges to each of these pieces. Very smooth & the magnets work great. I think this is an education opportunity for kids. Creations are limitless especially when you buy and add more pieces.
Every toy that has pieces should have magnets! Clean up is so easy with magnet toys. The pieces just stick together. Let's face it. Kids can't sit still at restaurants for an entire meal, and this toy is small enough to bring along, and versatile enough to keep a kid entertained.

My grandson has a small set of Tegu blocks that he likes playing with. He loves anything with wheels so I thought this would be a good companion set. The magnetic blocks grip well and they are versatile. He will have a ball with this.
Fantastic addition to the traditional Tegu blocks. Our son is very happy with it.
These are pretty cute and the magnet is extremely stong. I would suggest just their regular blocks for babies/toddlers rather than the car tho.
