The oven was very wall packaged and was received in excellent condition. I love the fact that it doesn’t work without setting the timer. A night shift RN rents from me and she greatly appreciates it also. Falling asleep from exhaustion and waking up to burnt food is one less thing she has to worry about.
The built in was a perfect fit for the small opening. Great decision to go on amazon for this item.
Unable to get this oven to turn on without using the timer! However, Ilove the modern appearance, and cooks evenly, so far!
Installation manual was fairly easy to understand. My husband was the one installing it but I provided instruction to him from the manual and it worked like a charm Lol
The packaging was very well designed and I received it with no issue. In terms of quality, it works perfectly. I like the fact it has a default time of 2 hours unless you adjust it. I'm the kind person that tends to forget things a lot so that function really helps with the safety issue.

Of the times I've had this oven, I have received numerous compliment from my friends and they all loved it!
The funny thing is that this product is advertised as DIY service needed but even all other big brands needs DIY service or hiring some installer LOL
Everything works fine except that one of the control knob was damaged on arrival, but empava customer service is helpful. They have sent the knob replacement. Would have left a 5 star if the knob wasn't broken. Overall, this is a great oven.

Fairly simple. Just like an oven, but the timer is On/Off switch on this one. We liked it very much.
