PRO: Very pleased with this product. Ease of operation, appropriate size, and economical water use make me happy. It is as quiet as any other dishwasher I ever had (55 db, less than the sound of backround music in a restaurant, does not interfere with nearby conversation). I especially like the fact that it will wash a full load (six place settings, or, for single me, one day's worth of dishes including pots and pans) in only 3 gallons of water (12 liters). It does not require as much detergent as a full-size unit (requires one tablespoon) although it accommodates standard tablets. It shipped quickly and arrived promptly in appropriate packaging. I am not using a rinse aid as recommended but my glassware is coming out clean and streak-free. The six wash cycles include one for heavy soil (uses 14.5 liters of water), one for pre-wash (2.5 liters) and a "speed" setting for items that don't need drying (12 liters like the other cycles). I have been soaking crusty pots and scraping everything fairly clean with a spatula but I have not been routinely rinsing - I load sticky and greasy and eggy dishes and so far the dishwasher has been coping well (now in use for about one week). Now there's room underneath it for a large storage drawer, shown in photo, and this is a much better use of space than for that large dishwasher I seldom bothered with, because it took me several days to gather up a full load, by which time I was needing to use something that was waiting in there for wash day to arrive.
CON: I have installed it under the counter where the old dishwasher was. It can't be readily connected to standard fittings, as with a regular under-counter model. I was tempted to remove a star due to one big difficulty with permanent installation - the inlet hose, meant to quick-connect to the kitchen faucet, is an odd diameter requiring much effort to locate appropriate adapters. And we had to put in a new electric outlet under the sink. HOWEVER: it is not intended for permanent installation, it's supposed to sit on the counter, so I will give it five stars anyway.
NOTE: The largest plates it can accommodate are 10.25 inch diameter... but my large chargers did not fit in my regular dishwasher either.

I am so pleased with, my little dishwasher. Be aware this thing comes so well packed it practically doubles its weight. So help yourself by lining up some muscle. When I first received this I called customer service because I could not get the door open. After making arrangements to replace and return item, I decided to give the door a good yank (what did I have to lose) it came right open turns out it was just a great seal. Once I got it open and the instructions in hand it was up and running in less than 10 mins. Only uses a Tbls. of detergent, produces sparkling glasses. So worth giving up the counter space in my little apt.

Fantastic! Cleans as well as full sized. Read all the reviews listed here - they have great information, ideas, and tips. I will add a couple things: (1) Read the Care and Usage booklet. There are some important maintenance & cleaning things outlined. When you clean the interior, be sure to remove the filter and clean it gently with something like an old toothbrush. Mine gets slimy and it takes a soft brush to clean it off. (2) I had problems with film on the dishes/glasses. I switched to D/W Gel instead of Powder and it helped immensely. (3) Your water has to be HOT coming out of the tap. What I found was that my water would cool down between cycles. So now I stay within ear shot and when it starts draining, I go in, pause the cycle, then run the water until it is hot again. I do this by pressing the red button on the faucet attachment. Then I un-pause and continue on with what I was doing. The dishes come out cleaner, and there is no more stuck on stuff.

I have told all of my friends without dishwashers about this product!!! If you hate standing and washing dishes, as I do, this is the answer to all of your problems. I had so many dishes that I had to run 2 loads, but that's fine because the dishes got done and I was able to do 20 other things. Even run errands!!! Yes, I let it run while I wasn't at home!!! Awesome!!! The first time you use it, I would suggest keeping an eye on it just in case you didn't connect everything securely, like me, and there was a little leakage. Small problem, I tightened the hose and everything worked great!!! Quite possibly the best purchase I've made all year!

Still have to wash the bigger plates and pans etc, however, mugs silverware, smaller plates and bowls for a couple people this works great. Takes about 2 hours based on my inattentive guess to do a load, cuts time of dishes down by half for human input. If you have a family of 3 or more and are doing lots of dishes go bigger.

ALSO - when you get the sink adapter out, you may have to pop out one of the gaskets and you'll notice it's threaded internally, this fit my sink perfectly. At first I did not see the threads because the gaskets covered them up, but remove one and it tightens up very nicely for a perfect seal, no thread tape required. I ordered one of those adapters because of not noticing the inner threads, and they aren't threaded very well, in fact it shot off the sink on day 2, glad I finally noticed the inner threads because they are cut perfectly and fit nice and snug.

You need two things to install this, a good wrench and plumbers tape which oddly enough was not included.

Having said that, this was extremely easy to assemble I began using it within 15 minutes of unboxing it.

I had just washed my dishes when the delivery man came, so I just ran around the house looking for random stuff to wash because I was excited and wanted to use it. I grab some old nasty ashtrays from the backyard and some old dusty knickknacks and went to town.

It did a fantastic job. And it was so quiet I had to keep checking to make sure that everything was working well. At first I was nervous to leave it unattended I was scared there would be a leak somewhere but no leaks.

The next day I used it for all my dirty dishes. I was still a bit nervous to leave it unattended wondering what would happen if I had fallen asleep and left the water running all night long. I was relieved to know that it automatically controls the water so that's not a problem.

The dishes come out clean and sparkling. It doesn't dry dishes so it is recommended that you open the dishwasher and pull the rack out and let those dishes air-dry which only takes me a few minutes.

It looks nice on the counter and having it has improved my quality of life. Now I can get my nails done because before my nails were wrecked by washing dishes 3 times a day. I also have more time to do things I'd rather do.

The thing I like best, is that there are two removable racks. So you can reconfigure the tray to hold your dishes pots and pans and whatever. I have to laugh because well my dishes are large, my bowls are deep, and my coffee cups are huge. So loading my big American dishes into this tiny dishwasher requires a bit of strategy haha. But I got the hang of it.

I like the way it was packaged. The appliance box was delivered inside an anonymous plain box which I like. The appliance box itself was very easy to open you simply snip the ties and lift the Box off and there's your washing machine.

There isn't anything about this item that would make me hesitant to recommend it to someone. If you have a small kitchen or you just don't have a dishwasher get it it's worth it.

I can't believe how powerful it is. It washes dishes just as good as a full size washer. Perfect for renters or small kitchens. I wasn't sure if it would look wierd, standing out on the counter but it actually looks great. Blends in with the rest of the kitchen. Hook up was easy and no tools needed. It is myself, my husband and our two boys and there is enough space to fit all of our dishes

I live in a tiny house. My kitchen is extremely small. I have one sink total. I also have an infant which use cloth diapers. My restroom is not connected to the house, so diapers must be rinsed in the sink.
I have a husband who likes to go through every dish, daily, lol.
I was struggling keeping up with the dishes and keeping a clean sink. Diapers were piling up because I'm not about to wash diapers around dishes I eat on.
So, I gave in and bought this machine. It was bigger than I expected, and didn't fit where I wanted it to go. I compromised and threw away my microwave so I could have this machine. It literally takes up almost an entire counter. However, I have been able to keep my sink spotless and available to clean diapers, sit baby in sink and brush teeth together, wash my hands, rinse off produce as needed.
Just like any dish washer, you have to rinse first. No food particles is the way to go. It hasn't gotten any food off that was missed. My plates are also too large for this machine. But plates are always easy to hand wash and get out of the way.
Otherwise, it keeps dirty dishes out of sight and away from nasty possible splashes from the sink. It gets hot enough for sterilization, which is a relief to know our eating wear is indeed clean. Having only one sink, it's cycles run a little on the long side, and so I have to be aware of when I run it, have drinking water ready, etc. When properly prewashed, all dishes have come out spotless and glimmering clean.
I don't understand the delayed timer. You have to turn on your faucet water to use the machine. I wouldn't let my water run for 6 hours just to run this machine without having to hit the in button. That aspect seems like a gimmick and useless.
But otherwise, it's a great machine and has saved my sanity a great deal. Just make sure it's going to fit, cause it's heavy, and I wouldn't want to send it back.

Dear sweet sweet dishwasher, where have you been my whole life?
If I knew then what I know now, I would have owned one of these a decade ago. The first time I saw a "countertop dishwasher" I thought it wouldn't be large enough and would use too much electricity/water to make it economical. I was wrong. I use this relationship-saving beautiful device on a daily basis. One bonus is that this machine is much easier to load and empty because you don't have to bend over to use it, so this would be helpful for someone with back difficulties. It takes up a ton of counter space but I am all for function over form and this was the best purchase I have made in years. I ordered the one with the delay-timer and I am glad I did because I load it at night before I take a shower and set it on a 2 hour delay so the hot water goes to my shower and not the dishes. :)

Easy set up, good functionality. Unit is built solidly, and I have had no leaks whatsoever. Dishes dried just fine. The unit beeps when it has run through all cycles, prompting you to crack the door. You don't have to crack the door, however, if you would like fully dry dishes then I would recommend it.

I will post periodically on quality and durability. I do not run loads frequently as of now so this will probably extend the life of this product.
