Love the feel of this yarn!! Very much like a chenille or even a sueded texture. The skeins are small, but the yardage goes further than I expected, considering. The color Charcoal is pictured. The yarn, when loose, strands start to clump, likes to "catch" and "stick" so keep them loose and don't yank, to avoid knots/tangling. So far I haven't had any problem with splitting. I really like this yarn!
Yarn arrived in 2 packages but in the same delivery (3 balls in one and 1 ball separately). I was nervous that since they were shipping in 2 parts that the dye lot numbers wouldn't match, which is what happened; 3 of one and 1 different. However under visual inspection both with bright indoor light and outdoor natural light, I can not tell the difference between the two lot numbers in respect to color, feel, or thickness of the strands. Maybe I just lucked out or the person packaging my order did a great job matching it up. Either way I am satisfied with my order, the price was comparable to the lion brand website, and with prime 2 day shipping, it can't be beat.
This yarn feels amazing. I made baby beanies and it has the perfect amount of stretch. It actually went a lot farther than I expected it would. I will buy this again!
Lions Brand Feels Like Butta is so soft and easy to knit and crochet. It is more like fine soft cotton than the standard acrylic baby yarn.
I was a little unsure of the softness at first. It has the feel of chenille with out the difficulty of working with it. I just love it.. I have started an afghan for my daughter and I know she will love the feel of the softness of the yarn.

Just started a project with this yarn and I really like it. I'm making a head/neck wrap and predict this polyester is going to feel a lot nicer on my skin than acrylic. I'd like to find the same yarn in a thicker version. Oh and the color is lovely. Dusty blue.

This is the softest yarn I have ever used! The colors are lovely, and the drape is smooth. Yummy yarn. I will be buying it again.
I was super surprised with how soft and smooth this yarn was. It didn't split at all while I was working with it and one skein is enough to make a hat.
This yarn is so encrediably soft! I ordered it in two colors to crochet a hat for my niece who is due in April. There was enough left over to make a matching blanket (current work in progress). I’d order this yard again, especially for newborn and infant projects. Not scratchy whatsoever!
