Great customer service. I had an issue the first day it arrived: The lights were not turning on. I called them and they walked me thru what I should do. It worked perfectly fine and they were very helpful and patients in walking you thru. I had to open the fuse box and disconnect and reconnect the lamp wires. I am not experience person in wiring but guy was pretty clear and had patients to work with me.

Instructions is not clear. But you don’t really need it. It’s pretty simple.
This unit is quite powerful compared to the units that can be purchased from the big box stores. The highest power level does increase in sound. I like the filters as these are more restaurant like where it is easy to wipe clean vs the filters on big box units those need to put in a dishwasher with very hot water to get clean
Very nice hood. I had shipping damage and contacted the vendor and they immediately replaced the defective unit. I haven't installed it yet but I did unpack it and plugged it into an extension cord to verify that everything worked OK. Very pleased with the look and the fan is not too loud for us. I would purchase this again.
Works great! The quality of material , the function of the light and fan are exceptional. The packaging and the protective plastic ensured the appearance of the hood was mint condition. I would buy again if I ever need another range hood.
This hood range is really nice! My ceiling is a little short of 8 feet and was still able to make it work. I used only 1 duct cover and still have 29 inch of clearance from stove top to bottom of hood range as recommended in the manual. The powerful fan is a bit noisy but the suction really compromise it. Overall glad I bought this one.

Great product. The hood fans are high quality with dishwasher friendly parts and inexpensive compared to other brands. The thing that stands out the most though is the amazing customer service. If you have a problem with something they take the time to make it right. Can't believe how nice they are on the phone and email.

I don’t usually write review. We installed this range hood for my kitchen remodel. It looks beautiful after installed. Also a great customer service, too. The buffer filter won’t stay back after I tried to take it down to clean it. I contacted Decorative kitchen and bath. I received a replacement in about a week.
