Was looking for a small under the counter wine cooler and this fit the bill perfectly. Was contacted by the company to explain shipping procedures and got a call to set up a time for delivery and also a call as to when they anticipated arriving. Am very happy with purchase and look forward to stocking up! Would recommend!
Super quiet no compressor noise or ratteling shelves. Looks great in our kitchen. The drawers fit all styles of wine bottles.
nice looking wine cooler. seems to be well made. we like it overall. a bit more noise than I expected, and not sure if two zones make any difference. it has a bit of industrial/plastic smell inside, i guess it will go away after a while. we never had wine cooler before.
The 5 star rating is based on an initial 2 because our first unit was defective. However, I would now give it an 8 star rating because of the outstanding customer service provided by Jeff. After installation, the temperature settings were not working. It was easy to reach customer service and Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a new unit to be delivered. He assured us that the replacement unit would be double checked before it would be shipped. The second unit arrived in good time and works perfectly! It looks nice and fits the space well. Jeff also arranged for pickup of the first unit so that we were not inconvenienced in any way.
So far this cooler has been great. It is quiet and fit perfectly into my space. I like the way the bottles fit, even my larger bottles.

Love it, only reason i'm not giving a 5 star is because when its running its rather loud... or louder than I would have expected. But so far in the 2mo we have owned it its worked great and kept wine to the right temp.
