Best washing machine EVER! This thing gets my clothes cleaner than the top brand regular washers! It got stains in my daughters dress out that I couldn't get out previously, even with stain remover. The spin cycle is awesome! Clothes come out almost dry! I love the black vs the blue which is why I choose this one! So happy I did! I may never go back to a regular washer!!!
Okay. I waited a bit to post a review so I could provide some honest feedback. I purchased my portable washing machine in mid-March 2018. I love it. I can't live without it. Living in an apartment without a washer and dryer has been difficult but manageable. It's nice to cut out lugging bags of laundry up and down the stairs. Also, the cycles are easy to customize. I've not had any issue with the washing machine. A typical load of clothes includes 10 shirts, 1 or 2 pairs of pants. I usually like to wash my jeans separately (2-3 pair per wash). I can wash a load of towels (4-5 large towels or 25 washcloths and 10 hand towels). Bathroom rugs are a breeze. I wash them all together (I have 3) on the regular wash cycle w/ hot water for 15 minutes. Then spin dry them individually. They hang dry overnight and are back on the floor in the morning. You can't go wrong with this washing machine. It's so easy to use. It does not weigh much. I keep it in the bathroom on a tall Rubbermaid bin. That provides easy access to the shower for draining purposes.
Just tried using this last night before taking it to my daughter's apartment. I wanted to work out any issues she would have in her small place. I put it on a tote to raise it up so I could drain into the bathtub and used a pitcher to fill it. I also used a heavy duty extension cord as the cord on the machine is not long enough. The hose is a little confusing as it is in 2 parts with no instructions for how to put together. otherwise this machine will pay for itself in a short time. You do not need to use very much detergent at all and was very happy with the wash itself. Even though it has a separate spinner and is a little more work, I think it spins drier than a conventional washer. Not only will this save her a lot of money, it will save me time as she won't need to bring all her laundry up to me to do. Very pleased with it so far.
Cleanest wash I’ve ever gotten from a machine of via hand ever! The spin is also super powerful, it sucks out all the water. I use it with a Tide Simply free, which I think is the best for delicates.
Read the manual, you need to.
Heads up, it is a bit involved. You’ll need to switch the clothes between washer and spinner at least twice. Also it drains by gravity so you’ll need it higher.

This washing machine is amazing! It exceeded my expectations for getting clothes clean. This machine is perfect for small living spaces. It is true it must be hand filled with water unless you come up with another way to fill the tub as the provided water cords are useless. It wasn't enough to lower my star rating. The machine is small enough to sit on an end table which allows water to easily drain from the machine into the bath tub. It seems it is no longer available how I originally purchased it. I certainly wouldn't pay the $300 plus one third party seller is asking. If it again comes available through Amazon, it is worth purchasing.
I love this little mini-washer!!! It's great for hand washables and small loads that I have. It is the perfect size for my 5th wheel, even though I don't have a w/d hookup in mine it's the same width of my galley island so it's perfect. I set the sink cover up on a folding step stool and place the washer on top of that, gives me enough height for draining into a collapsible dish pan, which I also use for filling it up since I can't connect to my faucet. The spinner will get nearly all of the water out of my hand washables and they nearly come out dry in some cases. It was a great investment!
Pleasantly surprised at how well the various functions work, considering it is plastic based and looks like it comes from a cracker jack box. The spinner is my favorite, as it spins so well I no longer need a dryer! The plastic base does make it easy to lift for the gravity draining. I was nervous about a strange sound I heard after the sixth or seventh use, but I read the troubleshoot section of the booklet and it was resolved easily. I am very hopeful in this little gizmo. I do not suspect the water inlet tube will last long; however, you can fill the tubs using a bucket. There is more shaking than I like but that is typically when it is starting up and slowing down to end.
If I lived in a tiny apartment with no hookups, I'd consider this.

I'm a big girl & one load took a small FULL BASKET:
7 pairs of underwear
1 sports bra
2 tank tops
1 jeans (shin/capri length)
2 elastic waist capri/pj shorts
1 cheap beach towel
2 wash cloths
1 hand towel
1 stray ankle sock
A lot of dirty water came out from the first draining - so it cleans well.
I placed a $5 12"x24" tile from Lowe's across the end of the tub, placed this on it & stood in the tub to do the wash. It's simple to re-position my clear lining curtain at that end to ensure the unit is covered so I can easily leave it there 24/7 & still comfortably take a shower in my tiny tub/shower (mobile home size).
Using my removable shower head made filling easy. Everything worked mostly as promised (had to reference the wordy instructions over & over throughout). The swirling & spinning always balances out after a couple seconds. A LOT OF STEPS to get the job done, but really it just takes 1 minute per step (never need to use higher numbers on the timer imo). You are constantly moving the clothes back & forth, & while the washer holds many clothes, the spinner does not, so it's really 3 SEPARATE LOADS, tripling the time/effort involved.
I would have gotten just as wet & only a little more of a workout by using a washboard.
And everyone's 90%-dry assessment is misleading. It wrings out the water, but leaves clothes VERY WRINKLED & damp. You must hang them for quite some time to get them fully dry. If that's a "solution" in your mind. Go for it.
Instructions are thorough...-ly confusing. They are thorough, but a bit nonsensical, referring to step numbers that don't exist. And it's unclear if the water is supposed to ALWAYS DRAIN from the spinner, or if my unit is broken. It says to fill & cover clothes to remove soap, but no matter what the drain setting, the water goes right out through the drain (unclear if this is a flaw or on purpose). It fills fine on the washer side.
For me? I'm ready to re-box & return. I'll get a washboard & wringer. Less time, less fuss & maybe the flab on my arms will go away.
This machine has exceeded expectations. You can only wash a few articles of clothing at a time, but it does a great job.
