These little plastic backs work as described, but not for more than a day. I have small earlobes, and these work as these types of earring backs usually do. The grip of the little plastics is just for a day or maybe two, but because there are 100 at such a reasonable price they are ok by me.

These are pretty good. Some are a bit loose so be careful. Test them out. I did one earring fall out but once I knew they have been great.

These earring backs work well enough for the price. Sometimes it’s a little effort to get them to slide off because they are quite flexible (bend easy) and because the little bunny end is very tiny and sometimes a challenge to grab. I’m happy overall with the value and will get a lot of use. They hold my earrings in place nicely and so far the ones I’ve tried them with they keep them from titling forward. If they were a bit firmer or thicker. they would probably be simpler hold enabling you to slide on and off.
Holds my earring in place and can be removed and reused easily for cleaning. Ones with hard plastic and metal are very, very difficult to remov.

These are great for larger earrings that don’t stay on your lobes right. Exactly what I wanted. The only negative is they won’t work for French wire earring backs.
