I bought this product after reading an article about how it helps to relax before going to bed. It works for me and the scent is not over powering at all. I sleep well so far after some week. A little expensive but it seems to work.
You use a small amount on your wrists and other pulse points at bedtime and breathe deeply. When you use on a regular basis, this scent tells your brain that it's time to transition into sleep mode. I use it every night but I've also been using this on my 11 year old for about 6 months at bedtime and now he actually yawns when he smells it! You might not be able smell it as strongly after a few minutes, it's still there and even though your brain naturally filters it out, it's still working. Just like when you're cooking - you are in the room so you don't smell everything but when someone else comes in they notice how great everything smells. You don't need a lot so each balm has been lasting me about 3 months, so that works out to be about $.22 for each great night's sleep. SO worth it.

I typically do not write reviews but, I love this stuff. The first night I fell asleep faster and stayed asleep. My daughter also tried it and had the same experience. And, I LOVE the smell. I'd wear it during the day if it didn't make me sleepy.
I think this would have worked well but my puppy got ahold of it after the first night and poof it was gone. So take this review with a grain of salt. The smell however was a little overpowering.
One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. It smells amazing and truly helps with reducing stress and helping me sleep. Can't wait to try out the other products!
We love this product, so I ordered two containers as a birthday gift for our daughter. But the lid is is so loose that it must have fallen off in the shipping department, and the balm fell out before it even got into the box. I received one container as ordered, but a second with no lid and no product inside of it. I let Amazon and the manufacturer know, and within hours they came up with a way to get me more product right away. This was the way customer service should be: Beautiful handled, Quickly. That said, let’s get to the product itself. It’s truly wonderful. We first discovered it in a very hip hotel who left a tiny tube on our pillow every night. And it just encourages you to relax and fall asleep. It’s become our go-to gift for friends, and they thank us enormously after just one or two nights use.
I'm a chronic insomniac and when I read about this product I thought I'd give it a try. Heck, I'd give most anything a try. The smell is soothing and relaxing. I put some of it on my wrists and a bit on my pillow case. I have been using it for over a week and I still have a lot left.
