I love the service and the control it gives over access to our apartment - but the lockset could be better.
The only issue I have is the annoying 3-6 second delay from the keypad illuminating until the door lock will accept key press. Not a big issue except having to explain it to all the people I sent codes.
Gifted to my friend who just renovated the house. Lock looks nice and our self installation went fine. We just had to give enough time for a camera to start showing blue and green lights. Great to use the keypad to unlock the door!
Love it. I know it's not for everyone.. since you are giving an unknown stranger access to your home, but Being able to order an item and not to worry about missing work to receive it or it possibly getting stolen when left at the door.
FYI: they will only unlock your door if the Camera is online and working.
