This wine cooler is awesome. Not noisy as the wine coolers with fans this passive cooling system is just like your fridge. This is like your refrigerator, you can slightly hear it when it cycles which is not offen. Keeps temp right where it is set, and the unfinished wood tray fronts you can stain to match your cabinets etc. Truly can fit the 46 or so bottles that it says including Chardonnay type bottles. Very nice looking, high quality well worth the price. I love it!!
We looked at several coolers before deciding on this one. This brand is more expensive than some others but the price on Amazon was very good. What we like about this cooler that puts it above the others: The slanted shelf on the bottom allows easy storage of partially finished bottles without worry about leaking. When you open the door 90 degrees the shelves can be pulled out without hitting the edge of the door or catching the door seal. This was not the case with some of the cheaper models. The shelves are sturdy and slide easily when filled. Compared to others which seem fine until you put a little weight on them and they are difficult to slide. The wood facing on the shelves looks good and the stainless face of the door and the handle are very attractive. The only downsides we see are minor. The shelf spacing is a bit tight and the larger shaped bottles don't fit on the top shelf. When you lay a bottle on the slanted shelf you need to use a flat stopper to avoid hooking it if you pull the bottom shelf out. Very satisfied with temperature control and sound level is not noticable, although we have it installed next to our main fridge.
