This is a much more practical solution for panic mode in the Ring home security system. Without it, the only way to alert 🚨 the monitoring service was to press and hold two buttons on the keypad for a couple of seconds. This was very easy to install with the system. I keep it in my nightstand. I hope I don’t have to use it.
Great little accessory if an emergency arises. For mounting it comes with one screw and drywall anchor, along with a 3M adhesive pad to tape if necessary. It was set up on our system in 2-3 minutes and works great! Very simple add-on but a powerful little tool.
If a live panic situation occurs you hold the button down for 3 seconds and it will sound off the alarm and contact Ring’s professional monitoring if you are subscribed to it. I’d recommend this add-on to everyone.
When I first purchased the Ring alarm system for our apartment I was wondering why Ring did not have a separate panic button. They finally came out with one and my wife and I are very happy! The button is a good size and easy to use. This button can be fixed to a specific location or moveable. My wife likes it moveable right now so she can take it anywhere in the house with her. Love the Ring products.

Not much to say here. Product works great. Glad you actually have to hold the button pressed about 3 to 4 seconds. This eliminates accidental activation. Not too big, not too small.
