For the price it is perfect. The lid lock is a little tricky and flimsy but a small flaw. It does the job quickly and quietly. The dryer is excellent!! And the service for delivery and installation was unparalleled. For being a new home owner not really knowing what’s going on I was really impressed :)
Not as noisy as i was expecting, and it washes very well!
Planning ahead and making sure you have hard floor or carpet furniture pads for the unit's feet will make it much easier moving around.
I converted this unit from Natural Gas to LP propane using the Kenmore 49572A Liquid Propane Conversion Kit also available on amazon. After watching some how-to videos on youtube and preparing myself for a full disassembly of the dryer unit I was pleasantly surprised to find that you can do the whole conversion just by removing the angled dryer plates just above the wash basin.
You will need a 1/2in FIP to Flare adapter for the gas connection in the back that you can pick up at any hardware store. As well as water lines, and a 1/2in yellow gas line, which ended up costing me an additional $50 or so for all.
Normally the delivery team will install for you, but at the time the connections were not ready.
So far this has been a great unit, would definitely recommend to anyone else in need of a propane powered clothes dryer!
Update sep 20 2018:
Ran into an issue with the unit giving me a "clear lint trap" error. My drier vent got partially obstructed so I thought that was the issue. Cleared the blockage and it would still give me the error and stop the unit. Would only run on air dry.
Did some googling and popped the rear access panel (2 screws) off that exposes the belt and motor and was able to access the Thermo sensor right off the fan. Took it out and tested the sensor with a volt meter. This sensor should read just above 50k ohms and mine was reading 51k so it seemed to be fine. Reinstalled and now its working fine. Ordered a new one just in case it really is bad. Likely just got quirky due to the partial obstruction.

Just received this little beauty and ran a quick first load.
First of all, the Amazon delivery service is exceptional. They were right on time, very efficient, had all the correct hoses and plugs and described all the details of the washer and dryer.
All the controls are within easy reach, the doors open and close easily and the machine is very solid. The wash tub is huge for a stackable unit.
Both the washer and dryer ran quieter than my previous unit. I was very pleased with the wash results and the dryer ran smoothly and dried the the clothes quicker than my previous unit as well. The automatic bleach dispenser is convenient and is a nice touch.
Overall, the machine is a very good value and the hassle free delivery and installation is a great bonus
Great little washer and dryer!! Fits so nicely in my small laundry room/pantry! I can't do large loads anymore, but since there's just 2 of us here now, that's fine. They actually wash and dry better than my full size front loading Amana 's that I had in there prior. A little pricey, but frees up so much space! I defenitely recommend if you don't have room

This is a great little machine! It gets our clothing much cleaner than the older GE we had. Our appliance repairman told us not to get another GE--that they were cr*p now. He recommended Kenmore or Whirlpool. The installation was perfect--the installers were on time, polite, and had all of the necessary parts and expertise. Amazon is definitely the way to go when ordering appliances after you have checked them out in person and via reviews. Cheaper, faster, easier. Who knew? Thank you, Amazon and Kenmore!

I bought this washer/dryer on a whim to replace an older stackable front-facing washer/dryer that was shredding my clothes. I had a small cubby in my kitchen with a slanted ceiling to fit a new washer/dryer. This unit was small enough with a larger washer to fit in my kitchen cubby. I took a chance and it does a good job, but you can't wash bulky sheets or blankets without the unit LOUDLY knocking during the spin cycle. When I say loud, I mean I'm surprised that my neighbors didn't knock on my door to ask if I was being murdered. When you're washing a regular load, it's louder than my old unit, but not as loud as bedding on the spin cycle.
I really like this duo. The washer cleans well with multiple options. The cycle time is longer than I'm used to. The dryer is great and is very fast. Don't be surprised as I was. You will need to purchase a 240 volt 3 wire electric cord. It is not included! They're about $7-8. I already had the dryer vent hose but you may need that also. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this unit.

Delivered 1 week ago. Delivered on time. Installation was smooth and fast. They hauled away the old unit.
It's working nicely. The high capacity washer saves precious time and the unit fits in my tiny utility space.
It's my first stacked appliance. I would have liked a different color but I still love the look.
Actually really love the unit. Delivery and set up was seamless. Only thing is the washer makes much more noise than my old unit. There are intermitent banging sounds. Other than that, have been using a few months and no problems.
After running one load, I am satisfied. It cleans the clothes well, is (relatively) quiet, can operate both the washer and dryer at the same time, and it fits in the tiny space we have available. The biggest downside I can tell as of now is that the capacity is severely limited, which means that we will have to adjust our laundry habits to more frequent, smaller loads.
The delivery was (extremely) early - they arrived at 7:30 AM when scheduled delivery was between 9 AM and noon. (My alarm to wake up for the delivery went off as they were finishing the installation.) The delivery contractors were very pleasant and efficient and installed the unit in an extremely tight space (see picture).
One thing to note is that the plug is 20 amp (ground, one vertical, one horizontal) but fortunately our receptacle received it. It WILL NOT fit into a standard 15 amp (think living room outlet) receptacle without an adapter, but the user guide STRONGLY discourages use of one. It probably voids the warranty.
Great machine for a great price. Probably the best value for a small space and 120 volt. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product from Amazon again.
