I was building my own craft desk with two bookcases and a tabletop and bought this to secure the tabletop. I wanted something that would be removable in case I ever had to move the desk somewhere else. This did the job I wanted it for quite well! I just put a little ball of Sugru under each corner and let it cure for a couple of days and it is now completely secure. I could definitely remove it if I wanted to but the tabletop doesn't move or shift around no matter how much I bump it. There are a couple of drawbacks, though.
One, Sugru has a powerful smell. Once it cured, I didn't smell anything and the smell didn't transfer to my skin, but right out of the package it's incredibly pungent.
Two, you get a tiny amount of Sugru for a pretty high price tag. You don't need very much, but you'd expect to pay a bit less for what you get. Still, it does the job better than anything else I've tried so I'm happy to pay for it again if I ever happen to need more.
Bought this to create new luggage zipper pulls after the originals broke off. I was able to mold them over a heavy paper clip into the shape of the originals.
Very nice product. I used it to repair a broken peg inside a pop up drawer in the refrigerator. I let it cure 48 hours the first time since I wasn’t sure if cold temperature would slow the curing. It came apart immediately. The second time I allowed it to cure for a week before using the peg. It’s great and solved a very big problem
Sugru is amazing stuff!!! I used it to fix my fraying Mac laptop cord and it works exactly like it says! I love this little kit because you get 4 sample colors and the booklet of ideas, and a handy tin. I keep the Sugru I haven't used in the fridge. Within 24 hours it makes a flexy but strong rubbery-plastic situation however you use it. I am sure you will love it and find uses all over for it. 2 Thumbs Up!
Good product. Right now it's being used to glue glass plates together for an outside decoration, and they haven't budged. I also used it to glue a part of my desk back together. When moving the desk, one of the screws pulled out with the laminate, so I made a connection with the Sugru and used a vice while it cured. So far it's holding together just fine!

I love Sugru! I use it for all kinds of things like making “feet” for my countertop items and little hooks for my washcloth, etc. I have also used it to repair my ski gloves that had cuts in them from my skis. Overall a little pricey but a great product!
Although I have used Sugru before I was really glad I purchased this kit. I loved the idea book it came with, these I never considered, and I really liked the storage tin for the Sugru packs!
I use this to patch extension cords, usb cables and such. It holds up well if you keep it on the thick side. I'm pretty brutal with my cords and Sugru is not permanent but holds up pretty well. There are some great ideas in the booklet so looking forward to trying a few out.
