The Positive:
- The vibration is really there. It's not a weak one like so many others.
- Keeps your neck/head in place. The memory foam is comfortable, but keeps it shape to do proper work.
- Lightweight. Comes with a button loop strap attached so you can attach it to luggage/bags. Strong clasping button, doesn't look or feel like it would come loose with a bit of moving around.
The Negative:
- Little bit shorter than I had hoped. I wish it was a bit longer pass down my neck.
- I wish it came with more color choices.
- I wish the powering of it was via USB charging, or charging pack. Gotta use 2x AA Batteries to vibrate.
This pillow is so comfortable to use. I was using it a lot until my autistic grandson tried it and now he will not give it back to me. It is ok though because it really soothes him with his sensory issues.... Great product

I haven't used the neck pillow for traveling, yet. Will be going to Paris in June, I sure hope it helps with the long flight.
The vibrating/massage should be an added feature.

I bought this as a gift for my grandma, she's had neck problems for years. She absolutely loves this and it has two settings which is great! I believe it's a little pricey. But it's a great product.
