Great knife block! It fits most of our blades aside from the cleaver, which I wouldn't expect to fit in any knife block really. It is easy to clean, just pop out the plastic tray. Easy to find the knife you need with all being visible and takes up minimal counter space. The only negative we have found so far is that smaller knives that are handle heavy may not stay in too well.
This is a terrific knife block for someone (like me) who has a random assortment of knives. You can see each blade so selecting the right knife is easy. It seems solid, come apart so you can clean it, has a nice narrow profile so it doesn't take up much space. I have about 15 knives in mine and now I use them. Before they were in a drawer with blade covers, hard to identify.
Thing works great. Takes up less space than the traditional wood blocks. It holds my chef's knife with a seven and three quarter inch blade with about a quarter inch to spare. Enough room to leave a lego storm trooper at the bottom so it looks like a still shot of some crazy stuff going down. I currently have fourteen blades ranging from butcher to cheese to santoku to paring, and there is still room for more. Cats have brushed against it and have had no reason to believe it will tip over (resting against the wall on counter, I'm pretty sure free standing a cat would topple it.) Insanely easy to clean, wide enough for my fat hands to fit in for a wipe down.
Great product. Easy to clean. The only thing I would worry about is low shelves. You can't pull out a knife if this block is under the shelf. That's where the classic tilted knife blocks come in handy.
Perfect!!! We are reconfiguring a cabinet into a utensil cabinet and have added this awesome knife holder! So much better than we could have hoped for since now all of our knifes will be organized and safe from dulling. Our cabinet is wide enough that we were able to fit two into our design. I will post updated photos once the cabinet is installed.

Description
This modern and simple design fits every decor. No more guessing which knife you're getting from the knife block or what other crumbs, dust or grime might be lurking in the slots. The clear stand is easy to maintain and keep clean. Knives sold separately - knives pictured are not included.
i have had this for 2 years. it holds 17 knives and a pair of scissors in my kitchen. I have a couple of knives
that don't fit in it but that's ok. with this, cleans up my knife drawer !!
it's clear for easy cleaning. and it stands narrow next to my cooktop for easy access in
food preparation. however, this morning I got up to a cracked block.
the center part of the plastic caved in.
HINT FYI: disperse the weight of your knives.
I am buying another. to replace. it adheres to the countertop well and doesn't slide
all over the place nor tip over. the plastic is pretty heavy duty.
i'm not giving a bad review because it is the only holder that I have found that holds over 15 knives.
I am a retired chef and my collection is quite assorted.
it has done the job well. I may just place the new one in a different place on the counter top.
Love this knife block! Holding 15 knives and 2 scissors at this time! Looks modern, using less counter space and lots of knives! Lots of compliments, surprisingly enough by my husband and my son...who normally don't comment on something like this!
I've used a few different knife blocks over the years, and so far this one is my favorite, and one of the most inexpensive. It's large enough to handle several knives, it holds them securely, and it's visually appealing in a wide variety of settings. The knives go in and come out easily, and with the clear sides you can easily see which knife you want even when you have more than one with the same handle size/shape.
If there's one thing I'd say that could be improved it would be nice if they offered a slightly taller version, or one that was slanted (more like a traditional knife block) to hold longer knives. Any knife over about 8.5-9" is going to hit the bottom. So longer chef's knives, bread knives etc. are too long for it. The only other thing that might be a nice touch is if the back side had some vents in it just to help with air circulation around the knives. I never put mine away wet, but I could see where if you didn't dry them completely before putting them back in more airflow would reduce the chance of corrosion and have no negative impact on the stability or visual appeal.
Sturdy knife holder. Works perfect for my steak knives; they slide in and out of the knife holder easily. My steak knives no longer have to reside in the silverware drawer with the butter knives. My small chop knife fits snug in it. In order to remove my chop knife, I have to hold the knife stand down. The bottom of the container has a little bit of rubber to prevent it from slipping, but not enough - so I took off a star. When I put it on a surface where I didn't get all the flour cleaned up, the flour would stick to the rubber and the knife stand was no longer non-slip. The flour easily washed off and the knife stand was non-slip again. So make sure to thoroughly clean the counter surface before putting the knife block down. In order to take apart the round knife stand in order to clean it, first remove the bottom by pulling it off. And then reaching in to push the top off. This seems to be the easiest way for me to take it apart. Overall, a well made product.
This is the coolest thing I've purchased in a long time. I replaced 2 magnetic wall strips where I stored all my knives. I have placed 24 knives and a pair of kitchen scissors in this baby...NO PROBLEM. Other reviewers talk about their knives touching the bottom. They must have LONG knives. I have 3 bread knives and 3 chef knives (all pretty long) and none of them touch the bottom. This is good looking, remarkably stable and easy to use. It takes up mere inches on my counter top. I can see all the knives easily. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.
