The entire process took less than 30 minutes (the installers gave me a few minutes to vacuum and mop the space before bringing in the new range). Everything necessary for the install was included in the base price. The range is clean, unobtrusive and intuitive (I haven't had to crack the manual open yet). Having the knobs and display panel on the front of the range is new for me and I love it. I keep burning everything because I am so used to having an old ill-performing range. Now, food actually cooks in the time stated in my recipes. Excellent value.

I've had this stove a couple of weeks now and I've completely fallen in love with it. The amount of time it takes to cook things on the cook-top just blows me out of the water and when people see how fast it heats, they can't believe it. Meals like Spaghetti are so fast, that I have to remember to pre-heat the oven for the garlic bread BEFORE I put the water on to boil. Even huge pots of water boil in no time. The Oven is a little on the slow side to pre-heat, but once up to temp, it keeps a nice even temperature and bakes really well. I love the fact that there is no heating element on the bottom of the oven which makes cleaning a lot easier. The racks also slide in and out really easily. I'll come back in about a year or so and update this review, or update it if anything changes. So far, it's been fantastic!
Heats up fast. I like convection, my wife does not. With that in mind the fans come on for the pre-heat and then turn off which cuts the time to use the conventional oven. It looks good and seems well built. It is made by Frigidaire, and seems to be of good quality so I am not worried about warranty with Sears closing down. The glass top is super smooth with only the slightest etching for burner location. The burners heat up within seconds, unlike my old range.
A comment about delivery. If you are worried about Amazon delivery and setup of major appliances do not fret. They came, took out the old one, put in the new one with a new plug: they brought both kinds to be sure I had the correct one, leveled the oven, cleaned up and were gone in 30 minutes. These guys are pros and I am confident Amazon vets them completely.
We needed to replace the white electric stove in a property we own. We also didn't love the white electric stove in the home we live in and wanted to start moving toward stainless in our home. So we moved our white stove to our rental property (the tenants love it and it looks great there) and bought this stainless one for our home. We LOVE it. The only thing that's odd is that you cannot use the door lock feature when the oven is on. This seems counter intuitive since that's when it's most dangerous for kids to open the door. Other than that, it cooks well, evenly and looks great. This was a win! (the pic is our before and after - we also replaced the range hood)

This was amazing! . I couldn't believe the easy purchase and delivery. The price was wonderful and it included delivery and removal of old range. The guys that delivered our range were the best. They were in and out within 20 minutes. i purchased a five year warranty, which I recommend. The range itself is a great buy. We are retired and don't need a huge oven anymore. We use the smaller top oven and broiler all the time . Still love it after a month !
The one improvement could be racks that slide out easily. I love my stove. I am experienced with cleaning the top, and find this one easy to clean. I love the black stainless. You just wipe it clean (no polish). Depending on how wet you wipe it, might need to dry it with a soft cloth. Top burners heat up fast. Top oven preheats fast. Haven't used the bottom oven yet. I've used the stove for a month now. Looks beautiful.
First one came in and needed replacement. Happens sometimes. I love the look and features of this stove. I haven't had it long enough to use all the features, but all the burners work, the convection oven did a nice job on brownies. I need a little help on the convection conversion feature, and the timer. As soon as I master that, I will update. Delivery was done relatively painlessly. The delivery people checked the outlet for prongs and installed it right there. I took off all the wrapping, and was glad to do it, as the first one was done before they brought it in. I am glad to see Sears hook up with Amazon as they are better to schedule delivery with, and their service has improved. Well played Sears, well played. Happy too that the price had gone down $200.00 while this was waiting in my cart. I am happy with this stove. It replaced my 24 year old stove that worked, but was just old.
We had the older version of this in our previous house so of course we wanted to stick with it for our new house. We haven’t been disappointed.
The convection oven is my favorite thing ever! Since I’ve used it 3 years ago, I will never go back. Everything cooks so evenly and faster.
The overall look/design of the stainless steel is so sleek and modern. I just love the style. I’ve even got compliments on it!
The delivery is AMAZING! It was much cheaper, faster and easier to do than the dishwasher we had delivered from a big box store. The group of guys were very nice and did the job quickly and efficiently. They even set the clock!

This oven is great but first I have to mention what an ease it was to purchase an appliance from Amazon.
First of all I must say I did try to shop locally. My old oven broke and I was desperate for a replacement I went out to four local appliance stores all of which had great ovens on display but when it came to choosing one I liked I would get told it was not in stock or it would take two weeks to get it delivered due to the fourth of July holiday? I love to bake so waiting this long was not an option for me. Well after a very disappointing exhausting day out going from shop to shop trying to find an oven that had all the features I prefer I decided to look on Amazon. I found one on Sunday night and it was delivered on Wednesday! The delivery was an ease. My new oven was delivered within the three hour time slot I chose. Set up and my old oven was removed with no removal charge.
Upon trying my new oven out I noticed that two of the elements on the stove top controls could not be used independently had to turn both on to use one element I contacted Amazon and they phoned me within five minutes and arranged for a replacement to be sent and just like the first delivery it was delivered on the day and in the time slot with ease.
The oven as I said before is great. It even has a proof function for rising dough. I bake bread every week so this was an added bonus to find. I love the two ovens never had two before. Today I baked bread and cookies at the same time...so much fun
