I am totally satisfied with the EdgeStar 155 Bottle Double Door Dual Zone wine cooler. The cooler was delivered by the promised shipping date. There was no installation required, all you had to do is to plug the power cord into a wall outlet. The double door feature is an excellent addition. The cooler motor is so quiet that you can hardly hear it. All shelves will accommodate standard size bottles but any other larger size bottles have to be placed at the bottom shelf on top of each other or in the upper zone compartment top shelves. The temperature settings for the two zones work perfectly and maintained at the same level. Temperature settings in blue light can be seen on the front top panel. The cooler was so well packed with all sorts of insulation, card boards to protect it during shipping. So far the cooler is working flawlessly.
I liked to cooler, but had to return it as DOA. My other Edgestar is still running fine at 3 years plus. I was disappointed, but I must commend the seller and shipper for making the return of the cooler as stress-less as possible. Excellent customer care and a fast refund. I ended up with another brand, but would consider Edgestar next time.
Since the instructions are to wait 24 hours before plugging the cooler in, I'm glad I did not destroy the shipping box and pallet. The cooler is very tall and heavy. Be prepared.
We are very happy with the edgestar dual door. It’s attractive, quiet & the temperature stays stable without fluctuation. Delivery through Amazon went very smoothly as well.
