I love this oven! I've only had it a week, but it heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is so pretty. I love the double convection feature (my previous was convection on top only). There are three trays per oven, which makes cooking on multiple shelves really easy...I made an entire batch of cookies in one 12-minute baking the other day. Huge time-saver.
I've read some people don't like the loud fan, but I'm used too that - my old one was the same way. Just keep that in mind if you're thinking about buying.
We had a couple minor bumps getting into place, which is normal when you remove an old appliance and install a new one, but nothing too difficult.
