Got this for my 8 year old nieces birthday. She said it was really hard and couldn't even get it started after reading the instructions with her mom. She did love receiving it
this product is a great help the instruction that it came with is excellent it went step by step and i like that so much...the box was filled with everything that you needed but one down fall i think it needed more colors of yarn in it but great product.
Easy for me and my 7 year old daughter to learn to crochet. Came with everything you need to learn. Bought my daughter more yarn because she wanted to keep crocheting. Definitely recommend if you don't know how or need a refresher crocheting!
The instructions are easy to follow and the yarn is wool and such nice bright colors. The projects are very nice. My 7 year old granddaughter loves finger crocheting and had no interest in learning how to use a crochet hook until she saw these projects and what was possible with a hook. Her desire to make the purse has supplied the motivation to learn how to make a chain and a single and double stitch which is all you need to know in order to make the projects. There is enough yarn for two projects.
This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She has expressed an interest in crocheting and since the women in my family have been crocheters for many generations. I thought I'd let her give it a try. I'll update when she is actually learning to crochet.

perfect set. but i want crochet needle to be little bit thinner.
This is a great gift. I bought this for my niece, she loved it. The shipping was extremely quick, which really suprized me. The contents are appropriate for the age levels indicated. I do feel more yarn could have been included, but I guess you get what you paid for. It's a good started kit, I recommend buying this for young crafters.
