I was nervous to try a vegan, plant-based protein bar, especially one that cost about $2 each, but I was pleasantly surprised! I've been eating them for about two months. The taste is pretty good. I highly recommend getting a variety pack first to find the flavors you like (my faves are lemon and peanut butter). These things provide long-lasting energy (plant protein is absorbed more slowly than whey) and if you compare sugars, fat, calories, carbs, and protein to other (whey based) protein bars, these are hard to beat. I still eat plenty of meat and mix in other bars from time to time but these are my favorite.
It took me ages to find these bars! I wanted a vegan alternative to Quest bars, and these were it. When I got them, they were a bit melty, but after I put them in the fridge, they stiffened up just fine.
As far as the flavor goes, the chocolate flavor is really nice. While some bars have a sickly sweetness to them, these do not. With limited ingredients, it seems that D's Naturals found the sweet spot (pun intended). Also, these aren't too chalky.
I'd highly recommend these bars to anyone who is looking to boost their protein intake. Or, if you just want a wholly better alternative to your usual protein bar. Try these out!
Great bars. No refined sugar or dairy (thank goodness). Dry in composition yet easily consumed. High in protein and satisfying without leaving a craving for more. I found half a bar at a time was perfect for me and left me satisfied and no blood sugar hihgs or lows. This flavor and the chocolate banana are my favorite though they have many good flavors to satisfy your taste.
I have read people complaining about these, but I enjoy the Chocolate Brownie flavor. It is a bit gritty, but it is plant based so I was expecting it. I will be adding this to my rotation of protein/fiber bars. I like the prebiotic content.
They cut the hunger right away, and good taste for having no junk in it. It says it is gluten-free, but it also says it is manufactured on the same equipment as products with wheat. I have had no reaction and I am allergic to gluten.

I am so glad I decided to try this. I love the Chocolate Fudge Brownie flavor. It's not too sweet. It's not too dry. It's not too chalky. It's just a power bar with the right consistency in my opinion. I ordered this for the high protein high fiber content.
No Cow products have some of the best macros out there! I don't understand why this doesn't have 5 stars. I'm not saying this tastes like a Snickers, but given the macros and ingredients, I give this a home run. Hard to find a plant based protein bar that isn't full of sugar or 300 calories.
The first one or two don't have the best texture, but the taste is good. Once you get used to the texture, they're actually very good. High, non-soy, protein, low carb, tasty.
My favorite dairy free protein bar. Before going DF, I would eat Quest bars. This has been a good replacement for me.
Love this product! High fiber that makes me feel full without a stomachache. Replace regular chocolate with this and after a few times, I no longer crave “chocolate” but this chocolate bar instead! Use this as my on the go snacks, too. Saw it had only 3 stars, so I had to share how much I like it!
