I ordered this hat just before my trip to Egypt in May. As a cooling hat it has limitations because it dried out really fast, usually within 60-90 min while walking in 115 degree heat outside. I had to re-soak it in site bathrooms when I had a chance. However, it did help to cool me down a little. Though the brim is not too big, it was floppy so I always had to turn it up, no problem. It worked as as a sun hat and keeping my hair out of my eyes. Also the tie was handy to keep it secure in the high winds. I have a very small head (20 inches) and it fit fine, slightly loose.
I'm a mailman in Arizona, I use this every day between May and October. Looks too much like a floppy hat when it's wet but is very helpful when it's a hundred and twelve outside and you have to be out there for five hours with no AC.
They should say if your head is bigger than 7" this product is a tight fit! Great product works well but a bit tight!
My husband loves wearing this hat. It keeps him cool when he is working outside or mowing the lawn. It has been a blessing.
Cute hat. Would buy again just for the way it looks. Traveled internationally. This did triple duty. It kept the sun off, kept me cool, and covered my hair so that I was a more culturally conscious traveler. Slide on the bottom meant the wind never grabbed the hat away from me.

This is a great hat. Kept me cool, wore it at the beach, in the water, on the boat. The only thing I would of liked is if there was a way to tighten around the head/forehead as opposed to always having to use the strap un the chin.
I don't go to Florida and Disney world without this hat. I usually have trouble finding bucket hats big enough for my head due to having really thick hair but this one fits great and keeps the sun off my ears and face as well as keeping sweat from my hairline running down my face.
Love the hat, I work outside and I can definitely say it helps me get through the day.
My son-in-law loved this hat. He works outside all day in the Florida Sun. Would buy again. He has a large head and this fit great. My husband has a small head was sad he did not get one.
This hat keeps you cool in hot weather. Just went it and it will begin to cool down. Perfect for individuals with heat intolerant conditions.
