My greyhound doesn't like these at all, which is the only reason for the low rating. I wish he did. There's nothing else wrong with them except for apparently a finicky dog.

I have to say, this company has amazing customer service, so I upped the stars I gave them. I originally gave 1 star and said it was only because my dog didn't like the product - not anything to do with the product itself. They contacted me and after several back and forth emails, made me "whole". I truly appreciated their efforts, especially since I didn't complain to them or harbor ill will. I WANTED my dog to love these, I still do. I give them an A+ for great customer service!!

Found out if I cut these into about 2 or 3 pieces (super easy with regular scissors), he LOVES them! Also, we got a package of bully sticks and jerky and my greyhound and chihuahua LOVE them. Not only am I a fan of these products now, I love their customer service. Simply cannot be beat!
I reached out to I and Love and You about calories, as both of mine are on a diet. 40-45 calories apiece. I take scissors and cut them in two, then lengthwise in 4. Making them about 5 calories apiece. Also if you research cow gullet online, you’ll find many vets recommend them as they are high in chondroitin, but with a warning that some makers may not remove the thyroid gland which can lead to Hyperthyroidism.
My geriatric Min Pin loves these treats. The poor guy is missing many teeth and loves gumming on these suckers. These chews are much softer than bully sticks and I would not recommend them for intense chewers. They are great for picky little old dogs that turn their spoiled noses up at every other chew. One of these sticks gives me a good 30 minutes of peace and quiet. A great treat for an older dog that still enjoys the finer things in life.

COW BOOM STRIPS..... There are 5 per pack. Very thin and flat, about 2" x 5" they are like a large rectangular potato chip for your dog. Non greasy and NOT stinky!!! Just a very lite odour that does not get on to the carpet or give your dog had breath.

A good source of protein in a lite chew snack. GREAT for DIABETIC DOGS!!!
They do not last too long, though as they really are like a big chip, but they are good for smaller breeds. My sweetie is a large breed a Kelpie and she just loves them. She's 10 years old now and it is a very complimentary lite chew for weight management.
We have two pitbulls that love these Ear Candy Cow treats. We've been buying them almost two years, locally and on here. Out of all the dog treats purchased they love these best. They get extremely excited at the mere opening of the bag. Their good manners come out without being asked. They sit patiently waiting for the Ear Candy to be given to them. It's one of the few times I can get their full attention without asking for it. They are mesmerized by the Ear Candy.
As a side note, I'm very picky with the food we buy for them. We initially saw the Ear Candy at a Farmers Market type grocery store where healthy food is their priority. So, that speaks volumes. We've put this product on our Subscribe and Save list. It's a monthly need for the babies.

My dogs looooove these cow ears and they don't seem to have any negative effect on their digestion. Both dogs are 30-50lbs and it usually takes them a few hours to work through an entire ear - usually they chew it for a while then leave it and come back to it. I would definitely suggest monitoring your dog anytime they have one, in the event that they choke - the pieces are very hard to break down and if you have an over-eager eater they could try to swallow too much. Also, my dogs experience some gum bleeding - but it is proof that this product is definitely giving them a good teeth cleaning! The ears also don't stick too badly (like some gnawing treats) but do leave a bit of residue sometimes.
I have a large rescue and he loves these ears. However, you can find these less expensive at health food stores (we've found them priced anywhere from $9-$12) for a pack. when Amazon runs deals, we stock up but at the current price, it averages out to $3 a chew.
Puppy loves Bully stick and the gullet sticks from this company. She's two months, swallowed the bully end when it was about 1" and she digested it just fine. Bully Lasts about a week on our pup. Little smell but not as pungent as the larger 1+ foot ones.
The bullet stick she can eat in ten minutes but I've never seen her so happy. Definitely recommend both
My 20lb Corgi looks forward to these treats every night, more so than regular bully sticks which are typically thicker and harder to eat. They also do not have a strong, off-putting bully stick smell. I have not noticed any digestion issues from giving him 2 sticks before bed. The thickness varies a bit within a bag - diameter can be as small as a dime or as big as a quarter. We highly recommend! Keep an eye out for sales on Chewy too. We got our first bag on Black Friday for half price.
My golden retriever loves these. Does not upset her stomach or give her the runs. The pieces are huge, tried cutting them into smaller pieces. Takes her a good 20 minutes to get through one of these chews
