works like a clock! not having a heating spiral is amazing. the heat is dispersed evenly throughout the food item. having a double-bake function was great to have when you have items on two racks. sliding rack is a small thing but of great convenience! i saved about $450 by buying this thing on Amazon vs Home Despot or Low(s). :)
So the oven was just one of numerous appliances purchased for a very large remodel but it looks good and works like it supposed to. Haven't read any instructions yet but have broiled, baked, and used the meat probe and all were intuitive. Convection oven hasn't impressed. It's supposed to be 20% faster but it just seems 20% louder when the fans kick in.
