I purchased this unit to replace an older GE unit that had died. I personally installed this unit with the help of two friends. Although we had no issues, I would recommend taking the time to double-check measurements and read through the specification sheet to ensure this unit meets your needs prior to ordering and installation. The unit weighs more than 200lbs so, if you're conducting the installation as DIY task, I recommend also planning through how you'll support the oven during positioning and installation (I covered our kitchen floors with cardboard to protect the finish and used two milk crates to help with supporting the oven as we maneuvered it for installation).
That said, we've used it for a month, to include Thanksgiving and pizza nights (both ovens in excess of 400 degrees for 3 hours), and it works great. I was initially surprised by the sound of the cooling (which come on for a few minutes immediately after shutting off the oven) and circulation fans, but we've become accustomed to the subtle sounds. The oven also makes a soft clicking sound while heating, but the clicks stop once the oven reaches its preheated setting.
As we have stainless steel appliances throughout our kitchen, and this replaced a late 1990s black GE unit, it definitely helped unify the space. The controls are relatively straightforward and minimal, which is consistent with our taste and visual aesthetic.
We like the steam clean function on these double ovens. It makes clean up quicker and much less labor intensive. The hidden heating elements also contribute to ease of clean up; however, this feature Makes pre-heating take longer. I'm not sure exactly how much longer but I'm now used to it and it doesn't bother me terribly. Delivery went just fine. The item was well packaged and delivered free of damage to our front door on time. Installation was relatively easy if you know what you're doing. It will require two strong people to lift it into place. I have been using this unit weekly for 4 months and have had no issues with temps being off and find it to cook evenly as expected. I would purchase this item again but might look into a model with a convection cooking feature.
Purchased this oven because of price, looks, and the fact that dimensions were slightly smaller than similar ovens, which was important. I was replacing a 30-year old model and cutouts were just a bit smaller back then. New oven fit perfectly and works great. Warmup time is 14 minutes to 400 degrees - slower than my old oven but fairly standard for new ones. You will need help with the install - plan on three people. Electrical hookup in on bottom right. Oven maintains temperature perfectly, and the covered elements make cleanup easier. A "thank you" to 1-Stop Camera and Appliances who shipped this item. It's too heavy for UPS or FedEx - comes on big truck which are not allowed in my neighborhood. Driver arranged to meet me, helped me load into a pickup, and strapped it down for me. Very happy with product and service.
We love,love our new double wall oven! It bakes every thing evenly and to perfection. My wife bakes dozens of cookies weekly for my customers. Every batch has been perfect. I had to replace my old GE double ovens and this new set is now installed. I have only used it once, but I am very pleased so far, It looks very nice, and it cools down quickly so I don't have the fan running forever. I had to cut out an additional 1/4 inch of cabinet opening to get this one to fit in the opening, but that worked out just fine. It seemed to warm up or preheat as one would expect. No problems. I am grateful for how well this worked out.

Timely arrival. Great look. One minor complaint -take few minutes longer to heat up to the desired cooking temperature. I had a double oven with a dial and digital display. I know to turn it on 5-10 minutes before using.
