I like the ezviz 4k system ,
it’s been working in very hot climate in Middle East when the temperature reaches 122 Fahrenheit in the summer without any issues,
Most complaints about raining damages and I agree the cam Poe connection to the Cat 5 looks a not waterproof and secure , so Added some silicone, any way I'm satisfied customer.
Received an "already been used" product took a while to set up the admin to view and the cameras go offline randomly but otherwise no issues.
So far so good. Comes in nice and clear
Easy install and set up. Works great and phone app is good on android and iOS. Did not use premade cat5 had to make my own for distance reasons

Cameras have a very nice feel had to cut the cables not a big deal just put new cat 5e ends on! Only thing lacking a 5 star review is the app it works remotely but is super buggy

Excellent clarity, but needs to be easier to configure.
I did not purchase from Amazon because they do not price match. I found on a competitor site for much less so purchased there. I had tried the wire free Arlo system and found it severely lacking so; I returned it and purchased this system. The DVR is a nice unit but, lacks the ability to turn off the very bright EZviz LED on the front Panel. It's also not very user friendly.... If you are not tech savvy; you're going to have a hard time. Some settings seem unnecessarily buried and harder to get to than they should be. The Mobile App (Android version) Works just Okay. The App does allow you to switch between all Cameras and you can re-name and do a few other small things. The Alarm indication works well except; the playback button is grayed out.
I should note that I did my own install as the price a "pro" commands is pretty steep. The included 100 Ft. rolls (4 of them) of Cat5E are pretty nice as well and the cable is shielded. The cable is easy to work with but, does seem to keep the "memory" and wants to coil back up a lot. I had to cut a decent amount of cable off and needed to install my own connectors. In this area; it's pretty standard and easy and took to installed connectors easily and without issue. Now on to Pro/Con

Mobile App needs work - Can't speak for the IOS version but, Android App needs work
Cameras can drop frames from time to time. It takes a bit of settings tweaks to minimize.... Trial and error thing as support might not be of help
False triggers.... Again; a Trial and error thing. It takes a bit of tweaking but, I have it set now after a few days of needing to adjust settings and the actual Camera.
If placed facing a road; the Cameras will trigger an Alarm at night as it sees the headlights as motion - Not a big issue but, it does happen.
Overall; I would recommend this product. It's not perfect but, it comes pretty close on features and price.
