I took some time last night and installed the oven. Here are some of my opinions:
Pros:
Works well with roasting (I have not tried other functions yet)
The look is one of the kind
The cooking time is very manageable (rather fast)
(I assume) fits in most old houses like ours
Cons:
Installing as LPG connection does took me some time
The inside is a little smaller than I expected, but does fit a turkey fine.
I wasn't the one installing it, but from what I heard, the process was fairly simple and clear. The electrician charged me 1 hour and now it works as it should. No complaints
I personally really like this oven. The flame is strong and steady, and roasting chick (my favorite) with it is really easy.
