This is a great case for the Kindle and does its job of protecting the Kindle. My only complaint is that the little pocket in the front and the cover aren't quite big enough. I can fit my Kindle cord in the pocket, but nothing else. I bought a detachable light, which fits in the pocket, but only if I stretch the case cover. When I do that, the light gets turned on by all the pressure on it. This isn't a big problem for me (I just throw the light in my purse) -- but if you're looking to have your Kindle + tons of accessories all in one place, this cover doesn't quite work.
I do love that it protects the Kindle without having the Kindle mounted in it. Part of what I love about the Kindle is how light it is -- and I don't want to have to hassle with a cover every time I want to just read.
I purchased my Kindle Touch and knew that I needed a case to protect it in my purse and around the house. This case has an extremely soft interior pocket that holds the Kindle snugly, but easy enough to get in and out. I would like to mention that you can't take it out with one hand but it is plenty easy enough to remove with both hands. In other words, it fits securely so the kindle won't fall out but it is still easy enough to remove.
I love the dots on it and the bright colors. The inside is a bright blue, and it makes me feel like my kindle is surrounded by color and joy! Alright, that is a little extreme, but I love color and this is perfect.
I don't use the pocket right now, but if I need to carry my cord, it does fit in the little pocket. (As long as the WiFi is off, the Kindle doesn't need to be charged often!)The adapter won't fit, but the cord does. The whole case is even roomy enough if you need to slip a piece of paper or two in it for some reason.
Overall, I love the case, and I am VERY happy with it!
I consider this product a sleeve, more than a case but that said I like it. It's a lot cuter in person (I don't normally like polka dots, but it's feminine without being childish) and fits my Kindle Touch perfectly. The additional zippered compartment fits both the USB cable and the wall adapter but doesn't have space for anything else. Since the Kindle doesn't need charging often, that isn't an issue for me.
Additionally, the lining on the inside of the case is plush so I don't worry about it scratching the screen of my device. The "bumper" design is good because I don't worry about it being in my handbag.
Some persons have commented on the Neoprene smell, but it fades after a few days. If you put a dryer sheet or a porous bag with some baking soda inside, the smell will dissipate faster. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was sufficient - I would order products from this seller again.
I kept my kindle touch in the box while I searched for the perfect case. I wanted a case that would protect my kindle in a bag or purse but also give me the ability to easily take it out and read it 'naked'. This is my perfect case. It's adorable and I love how protective it is. I throw it in my work bag and don't have to worry about it getting scratched or broken. I read a few reviews where people said the case is bulky and heavy. I haven't noticed that at all. The case is actually smaller than I thought it would be. It fits the kindle perfectly plus it has the little pouch to hold the charger. I'd definitely recommend it.
I hesitated to purchase a cover for my Kindle Touch because I enjoy reading it without one, and I am careful with it. The first time I took it on a road trip, though, I worried every time one of my kids threw the sunscreen back into the beach bag, and when I found this Built sleeve, I ordered it. I love it. It fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted since I really did just want a product to protect it when in transit. I don't use the zippered compartment for anything (especially not a cord since it holds a charge for so long that I don't carry it even while on trips). It is handy when traveling to hold a room key.

This is a very cute case for the Kindle Touch. It fits the device well, and the second inner pouch is just big enough for the power cord and a couple of other small items. I purchased this case for a family member who needed protection for the Kindle Touch when carried in her purse, and the Built version does the job perfectly and without excess bulk. The envelope style sleeve will not protect from falls or other high impact events, however.
My only complaint (and the reason for a four, rather than five, star review) is that the $29.99 price is a bit steep for what you get. If the item was $20 or less, I would definitely give it five stars.
I've used this case for over year now and I'm still really happy with it. It kept my Kindle safe travelling from Australia to USA and back again, with lots of site seeing in between. Despite what another reviewer said about the pocket not being big enough for light, I found mine did fit very easily (though I did have to remove the batteries as the on button did get pushed accidentally the Kindle got pushed around in my bag. I really like the fact that I can read my Kindle in its most light weight state without heavy cover on it.
Built knows what they're doing. When it comes to cases and bags I always stick with this brand. I'm confident my kindle paperwhite is protected in this case and so far, it hasn't triggered the kindle to turn on when it's in the case either. Another really cool feature I wasn't even aware of when I bought the case is there is a zipper pocket when you lift up the flap. That came in handy and was extremely convenient when I just went on vacation for two weeks. Two thumbs up for this product!
I got this sleeve with my new Kindle Touch and I really like it. It has the softest lining ever and the Kindle fits in it perfectly.
I chose this sleeve because it closes completely as opposed to the "book-style" covers. I live in a dusty place and my last Kindle (in its cover Kindle Lighted Leather Cover, Black (Fits Kindle Keyboard)) got dropped in the sand. It took a long time to clean the sand out of it... Therefore for me it was a must to have a full sleeve.
I had another one from Built for the old Kindle with a zipper, but the unfortunately the zip broke off, making it almost unusable.
Pros:

Cons:
- It IS a bit bulky, but not as much as some reviews seem to imply. The flap does add some thickness to it, but for me it is compensated by the protection it provides.
As someone pointed out, the little pocket might not be very useful for the charging cable, as the batteries last quite long. However, I use it to store a little reading light Verso Clip-On Reading Light for Kindle (Graphite). It fits well and comes in very handy when traveling on airplanes.
All in all: I like it very much and I would recommend it.
This is a really great case for a Kindle! It gives good protection against everyday shocks and is even waterproof to a certain extent. It also has a lovely soft interior that really protects the screen of the Kindle. I love the fact that it is an envelope case - the extra flap that you fold over to close it just gives an extra layer of protection to the Kindle inside and the velcro used is really strong, so there is no chance that it'll open by accident.
There are only 2 reasons why I didn't give it five stars:
- the neoprene does have a slightly funny smell which still hasn't gone away (after 3 months)
- the design of the case makes it a bit bulkier than the other case options
These are however two minor flaws in an otherwise brilliant product - I really do love my BUILT envelope case!
