I plugged this ice maker in after hooking up the water supply and it has been making ice automatically ever since. Even shuts itself down when the ice bin gets full. Didn't even have to set the control panel on the front. This thing just keeps making ice. Just what I purchased it for. I couldn't be happier.
We are opening a small wine bar and needed a small ice machine for waters and sangria/wine cocktails. We didn't want anything big or bulky, but wanted something that still had good ice capacity. This is perfect for our needs and very used friendly! Its compact and fits perfectly between our hand sink and dishwasher.

i haven't had it long but so far im liking it, i bought the ice maker for the size, I needed something big enough to hold a cold plate, for the soda fountain machine.
So I read the reviews for this product and some of them said not to waste your time. I took a chance and I am glad I did. I am loving it! It makes solid ice really fast.It also keeps the ice secure in the storage area without melting longer than I would have expected, especially since I have it out in my metal building. The only issue I have is the manual which is pretty much useless. Also one of the attachments is 1/2 inch instead of 3/4 inch so it doesn't fit an outside faucet. I was able to find an attachment at Lowe's which fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this product!

So far making great ice and lots of it!
We bought this product to provide ice for our employees and also for group functions. My only complaint is on the ice scoop that came with it. It is very flimsy and is not strong enough to break the sheet of ice cubes apart.
