My three-year-old is just starting to do real puzzles and is fascinated with them. This is a good starter set (along with the other Petit Collage sets) to get your little one going. Nice and sturdy, so far they are handling little girl hands putting them together and taking them apart.....over and over and over and over. She really likes the "mama" and "baby" in each puzzle. Great product so I bought a couple different sets.
As stated by another review, the cuts don't match the box. This difference would not not be an issue, if the giraffe alternate cuts held together. Three of the four puzzles are good (lion, monkey, elephant), but the giraffe is junk.

Wonderful puzzles for a beginner. Fairly thick and sturdy. My son loves all of them in this range.
I bought this for my niece and she is in love with it, she loves the bright colors and the few amount of pieces makes it easy for her to do on her own so she doesn't get discouraged

nice and sturdy (although my kid prefers to chew on it a lot more but even with that, the shapes have been holding up very very well)
Nephew loves it! Can't stop playing with it. :) Quality puzzle and vivid color really grabs kids' attention!
My 2 year old simply loves this, insists on doing it at least twice every night before bed. We bought this partly as preparation for his newly arriving sister!
These were the best introduction to jigsaw puzzles for my 2 year old! She mastered them pretty quickly but it gave her the confidence to try harder ones and they're really cute. =)
Good - great time had by the 2 and 4 yr old players.
