I've had the unit for ~2 months and I love it (as much as anyone can love a wine refrigerator). It is quiet, it holds the number a bottles advertised, and it cools better than the non-compressor units. I think I even got a 53rd bottle in there. On the negative side, the temp indicator is about 5 degrees off and the single zone unit comes with a dual zone indicator, which can be confusing. The left readout follows the right one.
The cooler is really nice and has a solid bottle capacity. The front vent on the right hand side was a little pushed in when I received it, but this is no fault of the manufacturer and it was pretty easy to bend them back. Awesome customer service from Air & Water.
We like the wine cooler so far. It is very quiet. The only issue we have is that we can't adjust the legs to level it. However, I have been talking to the company and they are working with me. They have great customer service by returning calls and trying to solve the issue.
The delivery of this item took longer than expected. I was a little disappointed by that as I have order from Amazon for over 20 years now and everything has always come on or before the dates stated in the email (though the email did state estimated). After contacting the shipper we finally got a delivery date and it was delivered. They did a very nice job installing, leveling and putting the unit together. Took away the packing material so it made up for the wait. The unit is extremely quiet and came to temperature very quickly. You have to pull the shelves out to grab a bottle (our other cooler had enough space between the shelves that you could just grab a bottle). The shelves put out (they sit on side preformed tracks of the unit) and have stoppers so you don't pull them out all the way (like some of the cheaper models) but they do hit the rubber gasket of the door a bit if you don't have it fully open. So we moved the cooler about 1/4 a inch forward from the cabinetry to allow for the little extra swing (we had it flush) and now no problems. The blue lights are nice for aesthetics but don't give off enough light to see the labels (but even my old cooler didn't). Only had the unit for a day now but I am overall very pleased. Holds a decent amount of wine and is very quiet.
Excellent product purchased for a recent kitchen renovation. It is a great value, looks sharp, and is easy to operate. It's my favorite highlight of the kitchen renovation that I like to show off to friends.

Works fine so far. I don't understand why some people think it is loud. Our regular fridge is louder.
Unfortunately, the cooler arrived with a bent venting panel. After sending in pics, we received a rebate.

Nice wine cooler and pretty quiet too.The only down side is about the shelves, not very practical and not easy to pull and to put all bottles as decribed. But this is minor compare to the product you get and the very affordable price...
Wine refrigerator was delivered by a wonderful shipping company. They were so polite and carried the frig to my back porch so it would not get wet. The frig has a nice blue illumination and is very quiet. The shelves are nice and fit most bottles except for the ones with long necks. Other than that, I would recommend this product. It is nice for the price.

I bought this as part of my kitchen renovation. Had it for abut two weeks so far and everything looks great so far.
The look of this unit is great. Slides right under my countertop between two floor cabinets. Matches my stainless steel appliances perfectly. The light in the cooler is also really cool. I leave it on all the time.
Shelves are adjustable so I had no problems in storing bottles of different sizes. The shelves are wood not metal which didn't make a difference to me.
I was worried about if this unit was going to be noisy, but so far the noise is minimal when the fan is running.
Overall, I'm completely satisfied with this. I think this was a great value compared to the more expensive ones I saw in the market.
I will update on the life span on this.
