For its purpose, it's great; however, it's tricky to apply. Once down it's down and if it's crooked then oh well. Needless to say, mine is crooked and I can't get the "peel here" sticker off but that is ok since it tells me which side the on/off button is on. It's necessary to protect your kindle. Just take pains to apply it slowly and evenly. My sister said she took her's to Best Buy and had them put it on for her. I don't live near one so I did it myself. Not perfect but not as good as I had hoped it would look.
This screen protector is easier to install than some, but not foolproof. It is best to keep cleaning the screen as the film is applied to avoid getting little dust or fuzz balls underneath - these will cause bubbles that can't be pressed out and if you try removing the film to start over, the balls don't come off. :-( I had to scrap the first film, but the second one went on smoothly with what I'd learned.
Great item. Installed it within minutes without using the directions. I've put a few of these on tablets in the past and this one was likely the easiest [considering this was my latest install, I was the most experienced].
Anyway, you can't even tell it's on the Fire. Really nice protective shield.
I messed up the first one trying to put it on the screen but that was my mistake. Follow the directions and read others reviews and do exactly what it says. I'm glad there are two to a pack. After I realized my mistake, and realized that I had ruined the first one, the second one went on very easy. I will buy these again.
I let my kids use my Kindle all the time. They play games and tote it all over the house. I never need to worry about scratches and marks. This screen protector cleans up great. It was easy to apply and I have had no problems with it. Fingerprints just wipe off.

This has to be the easiest screen protector I have ever put on. I made serious effort to clean and dust my kitchen table and washed my hands and arms before opening the kit. I did not use the enclosed card, I used a plastic rewards card from a local store to work the bubbles out.
This product was exactly as advertised. You get two screens in the package which is great considering my clumsy install of the first screen. Air bubbles galore but that was my own doing. Screen is clear, fits perfectly.
GREAT PRODUCT
I chose 4 stars because it is a good value for the money. I did get a little frustrated when I was putting it on my Kindle but really unless you put the screen protectors on all the time who doesn't have difficulty with them? The screen protector has held up well and is easy to clean. I would buy again.
As I have said this screen protector went on without any problems. Had very few bubbles. But I must warn you that at first the screen won't feel the same. You will feel a little more resistance trying to "glide" you're finger across the screen.
