No more lower back pain since purchasing this mattress. It conforms to your shape and is cooler than my old tempurpedic mattress. I didn't find it too firm or too soft. It is just right!
Have been sleeping on my mattress for about a month now. It continues to get softer, which is great, because it is the best of both worlds - firm support, plus an indescribable plushness that leaves you feeling cradled and comfy. I'm historically a side/stomach sleeper, though I have been trying to transition to sleeping on my back.
My ONLY complaint about this mattress is that I was not prepared pillow wise. I have been having lots of neck pain associated with sleeping on this mattress with pillows made for a traditional spring mattress - all are either too thick or too thin and have been throwing me out of whack. I just ordered two king size Leesa pillows to match, and am hoping this solves the issue.
I'd recommend to Leesa that they include, gift, and/or recommend memory foam pillows for every new memory foam mattress customer. I bet this would prevent plenty of returns from customers who've had similar issues as I have with neck pain from improper pillows, but who don't realize that the pillow is the issue, not the mattress. The only reason I know it's the pillows is because my back pain has completely gone away, replaced by a stiff neck every morning. Here's hoping my Leesa pillows solve that problem. Stay tuned!
This mattress is super comfortable. My wife and I are both side sleepers and it took a day or two to adjust to the new feel. Now we love it!
Edit: Not a great mattress for me (too hot and back pain from as a side sleeper). 4 Stars for Amazon coming through on the return process.

My husband is extremely hard to please. He said sleeping on the Leesa gave him the best night's sleep he has had in a long time. He has back problems so being comfortable and not twisting himself due to an uncomfortable rest is very important. This product is a much cheaper alternative to mattresses which claim perfect sleep. As long as it holds up, I'd say this is provides the comfort without costing an arm and a leg.

I struggled deciding if I should get this bed or not because of the price. And it being the first mattress I was purchasing I really had no clue what I really wanted. Having had it for over a month now I am in love with it and so is my boyfriend. Great bed and worth every penny.
I love it. I have owned this mattress now for over a year and my only issue is lack of support in the edges, but that's the same with any memory foam mattress. Of the complaints I have seen about this mattress is people not knowing what they get with memory foam, all memory foam mattress, not just this one. Sleeping on it memory foam does take a little getting use to, but I wouldn't trade it for any other mattress now.
As with many others, I was nervous about buying a mattress online. But it was great - unlike ordering from the manufacturer, Amazon brought it in two days. Easy to unpack and set up.
The first couple of days the mattress smelled slightly chemical, but it cleared up quickly. I sleep well on it. As a bonus, you can't feel another person moving around in the bed.
Initially hesitant to pick up a bed in a box, but I was moving over to the U.S. so felt like it was the smartest option. To start with, I'm a side/combo sleeper, 5”11 and 190 pounds. I was looking for a product that had some support along with enough give that I wouldn't damage my shoulder/hip/back. I deliberated for a long time, tossing up between the Coccoon Chill, Bear, Leesa, Casper etc. In the end I went with the Leesa, because of reviews and affordability.
Pleasantly surprised! Great combination of support and comfort, the mattress looks great, inflates easily and for me I had absolutely zero smell.
Additionally, reports that the mattress sleeps hot are off the mark and are probably due to something else in those reviewers lives. I sleep incredibly hot - I work out daily, cycle, weights etc, have a resting elevated temperature and it's the middle of summer in the South!
The Leesa hasn't kept me hot at all, in fact my nights of waking up feeling like I was in sauna have disappeared.
Had it now for a little over a month now, five stars so far!
I have a very big problem with this mattress. Before getting this mattress I was getting up at 5 AM to exercise and now I just don't want to get up is incredibly comfortable! I switched from a mattress that was very uncomfortable but I've had the best sleep ever.
